Oojo.com review: Deceptive practices

OOJO issued a ticket under my name without receiving any payment and repeatedly attempted to collect cancellation fees for a transaction that was never completed.
Last month, I attempted to purchase an airline ticket through OOJO. Within minutes, I contacted my bank to cancel the payment because I realized the company had extremely poor consumer reviews. My bank confirmed that the charge was still pending and reversed it immediately. As a result, no payment was ever posted or processed, and OOJO never received any funds from me.

Despite this, OOJO proceeded to issue an airline ticket under my name. They have since pressured me to pay cancellation fees and have repeatedly cited “refund deadlines,” “no-show penalties,” and “ticket validity,” even though there is no refund to issue and no contractual obligation, because the company never received a payment.

A formal acknowledgement from OOJO that I do not owe any money.
Cancellation of the ticket issued under my name without payment.
Cessation of all further attempts to collect any fees.

The company continues to send me threatening emails. I called the airline, and it looks like there is still a ticket issued under my name through Oojo.
