I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my mobile phone service request.
I initially raised a complaint on 18th September 2025. After around 45 days, the phone was returned to my home but it was still faulty. On the same day, I again contacted customer care and raised another complaint.
Later, on 21st December 2025, my mobile was picked up for the second repair. However, till now, the device has not been returned, and there is no update, no status, and no response from your side. I have mailed multiple times and called several times, but there has been absolutely no communication regarding my phone.
This situation is extremely disappointing. I am genuinely worried and stressed about whether I will get my mobile back or not.
I kindly request you to return my mobile immediately, even if you are not willing to repair it. Please treat this as an urgent matter.
