Starting from walking in the door, the hostess had an attitude. Now, about the food: I went for lunch, and the breadsticks were cold and hard. The noodles were overcooked, saggy, and there was hardly any sauce. Very Bad, worse than yuck. I didn’t eat what was served. I returned the food and requested a refund. I will have to call my bank and file a dispute with the charges if I don't get my money back. The manager took the food and threw it on the garbage right in front of me. But yet she did not process any refund, told me that she will do it. I can’t believe that location and that they are still in business with the quality of food they serve. The service was terrible. The food was awful. I would not recommend it to a friend.

It seems like you are the only one who has issues with the food. Otherwise, they would be out of business. Of course, if you are not going to eat the food, why would you be upset if the manager threw the food out? But they should give you a refund.
