Office Depot review: Fingerprinting.

I went this morning for fingerprinting at office depot in brooksville. A very rude "manager" was there to take care of my fingerprints. He didn't want to touch my passport or driver's license even he had gloves. I felt not welcome (maybe because of my accent) and he had an attitude with me all the time I was there. He treated me like he was made me a big favor. He was wit this attitude from the beginning to the end of my visit. One of my id was my american passport that was expired in may. He said to me he couldn't do the fingerprints because the passport was expired. He also with this superiority attitude was looking at the picture in my passport of at least two minutes. I felt like I was in jail.
I came back home and I reschedule my fingerprint for the same day but in office max. The lady was very nice to me as customer service should be, at she took my fingerprint with no problem with the same expired passport. She said the expiration was very recent and due to the covid 19 nobody could renew the passport and it was fine.
Summarizing this "gentleman" made me spend gas on my car and time of my life and I lost my appointment.
Please, office depo, t try to train your employees better so they can get out of ignorance and serve better to people.
By the way, I bought a new laptop in office max because I was looking also for that.
I will never put a step on that store again in my lifetime and so my friends and family.
He didn't even care I am an old lady and he didn't show any respect.
