Purchase of shoes was returned with no use of the items, the return procedure was followed and the refund delayed. The company then charged a 33% fee for the the refund. I purchased the items which arrive 5 weeks after purchase the shoe were an incorrect fit and were returned with in 4 days following the companies DHL collect services. Nordstrom then delyed the refund until I pressed the matter and they took 21 days from the point of return to provide the details of the refund. The refund showed a charge of £48 in charges. This is in acceptable as it was not clearly stated at the time of purchase.. I would not of used this company had I been aware of the timescale and the customer services approach.
