I returned items at Nordstrom Aventura on May 19, 2026. Nordstrom accepted the return and confirmed a refund of $353.10, but more than one month later the money still has not reached my bank account.
I contacted Nordstrom Customer Care many times, and my bank also confirmed that the funds were not received. Nordstrom keeps saying the refund was processed, but no one has actually resolved the issue or returned my money.
