I had brought an handset 6681 in month of March 2006. After using for 2-3 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently then on one day its keypad was not working, then on 10/08/2006 I visited their service center at Green park New Delhi, My Handset was taken for repairs job number is [protected] and they told they will give it back in a week time. Next Week I had been told that my handset was irreparable and we will swap your handset in 10 days time. Till Date I haven't received my handset every time I call the service center they tell it will take another one week for replacement. Regarding this I Had logged a complaint in Nokia but no I got no result from that Reference Number for the same is 2-1GSTZ7. This type of services are never expected by me with Nokia, I am also planning for registering complaint in Consumer court regarding the services.

I have nokia 6600 .Its has kepad problem and i submit it bhopal nokia care centre on 26 july.and on 27th july they said the set will send to delhi to repair.and i agree with that .

And on 30 th july they call to me that your set will have to replace and it want more time may be maximum 45 days.
I again say ok.

But now 26 th september they again say it will take more time because delhi centre have not any nokia 6600 new set to replace your set. Sir i get really frustrated from this scenerio.From more than 2 month i have not any set and my all work are affected from this.

If there is limit of 45 days to replace and why it getting late.and whenever i call to nokia care centre they commit me that plz. call next week.

I had purchased a Nokia Set Model No. 1110 (Mobile No.: [protected]) from Udaipur (Rajasthan) on 3rd September, 2006. It got out of order just after 15 days from date of Purchase. Then I gave the set to Nokia Care Centre (Shop Name: PARAGON, Location: Udiapol, Udaipur) fro repairing on 20th September, 2006.

I am continuously going there and asking them, but they are not responding. They are saying that one part is to be come from Jaipur. I cann't believe that any part from Jaipur can take more than 3 days to come to udaipur. This may please be noted that 13 days has already been passed and still my Set is lying with Nokia Care and till date the Part has not come from Jaipur. Now they are saying that The Set has to be sent to Jaipur and it will take another 10 days.

I am facing a lots of Problems since i purchased a new Handset.

This is to inform you that my Nokia Handset 6270 have been gone in the repairs 3 times continuously in last 20 days for blank display problem. This problem occurs when ever I switch on the set.

Firstly the handset was submitted on 10th November 2006 (Job Sheet no. [protected]) and got it back on 18th November 2006. BUT the handset was still having same problem. It was not repaired at all.

I again submitted the set then and there on 18th November 2006 (Job Sheet no. [protected]) with the returning date as 20th November 2006 but the set was delivered on 26th November 2006 after a DELAY of 6 days from the promised date.
BUT with in 24 hours of getting it back I again got the same blank display problem in the handset and I have submitted it on 27th November 2006 for the same problem.

I have already faced a lot of inconvenience as my business requires a lot of client communication.

Hand set Replacement-
I had brought an hand set 6233 in month nov. 2006. After using 2 or 3 days i found that my hand set was Auto off, then on 21-11-06 I visited your service center at M S MAROO TRADING PVT LTD ,1 Town hall Udaipur. My hand set was taken for repairs as per job sheet no. 17-21/11/06. After repair I received set on 29/11/06. After using 2 or 3 days same problem rises i.e. Auto off. Again I visit your care & set was taken for repair jaipur on 08/12/06 as per job sheet no. 12-08/12/06. Up to 21/12/06 I have not received set then I went to care & found that set body broken & scratches on steel plate of camera. I refused to take set. I had been told that change my set . Till the date I have not received the set. I had logged a complain in nokia DELHI as per complain no. 2-1R1 NBN but no result. I am also planning for registered a complaint in consumer court regarding services.

I purchased a nokia n72 from karnal on 9/1/07 i found problem on 10 that my my phone is restarting after every 10-15 mins on 11 i take it to the nokia care nehru palace karnal they sad that your set can be exchanged by your dealer because fault had arisen before 48 hours of purchase then with all things i made it return to mahesh trading co. Nehru palace karnalthey did'nt give me any job sheet when i asked for job sheet then they sad there is no job sheet for such problems then i sad ok and they sad collect your new phone in 24 hours now till i did not receive any mobile. Do not trust this liars!

I have purchased Nokia Mobile (Model 6030) from Sehgal Mobile House, Shop No. 5, 1st Floor, Opp. Telephone Exchange, Kapurthala (Shop Phone: [protected], Mobile No. [protected]) on 2nd Feb., 2007. But on very next day of purchase (3rd Feb. 2007) the LCD screen of mobile shows a permanent line in the middle of the screen. This is a manufacturing fault in LCD screen. I inform all this to Sehgal Mobile House on 4th Feb. 2007 but they refer me to Nokia Service Centre, Jalandhar, as they provide all the services regarding all such faults.

I don’t want to repair my mobile because I have purchase it two days ago and it gets faulty. Why I get repaired phone at the same price.

Nokia is branded company but I am sorry to say that the quality of product is poor. Don't buy Nokia products!

Actually I purchased NOKIA -6275 CDMA in feb 2007.But after a4 or 5 days its started showing problem related to Memory Card. My handset problem is, it disconnects automatically.After restarting the mobile again its shows MMC for 5-7 min and again loose connection. I went to Brightpoint nokia care, Okhla about 6 times but my problem is not solve. They always take it and return it after 5 days. Over 3 weeks my phone was in Brightpoint, Okhla. I told them to change my handset.But they dont do this.

I am fully disagree with this behavior of NOKIA as well as of Brightpoint, Okhla. Now If anybody has any solution please mail me at my (EMAIL ID-chinamaykumar@yahoo.co.in)

I'm from pakistan i bought nokia 6270 in april 2006 but it create trouble after some time now its transmeter isn't working i send it for repair but it doesn't work this happened second time before this i bought nokia 2300 the system of 2300 hanged with in 3 months i always buy nokia series with this trust that these cell phones are best but i think your company is going down in maintaining quality.

These in reference of repairing of my mobile phone nokia 5300, I have purchased the handset on 03/01/07 from Reliable Telecom add:51, Chintamoney Dey Road Howrah-1.

My handset started gave first problem on 16/04/07 problem deteced was No incoming Audio & I was not able to hear ring tones. According your authorized service center M/s Vision care address-1/1 hardatrai chamaria rd howrah. After servicing I have received handset on 24/04/07,at that time the above stated problems were solved.

After few days I found a new problem my phone switches off automatically & the same old problem I was not able to hear ring tones. I took back handset to M/s Vision Care he took the handset on 11/5/07 & returned me after 12 days on 23/05/07.

Again I am facing the same problem after 5 days of receiving set from you my phone goes off & sound is cracking while I am listening music. Is these the standard & quality of Nokia phone then I don’t need it. Which your are selling as Music Express Phone. Which now days I am not able to use which lies in your service centres maximum days.

Can you pls do me a favor kindly take my handset back I am no more interested to use Nokia phones,My friends are using Sony music series its working fine,why will I use Nokia. Kindly take the handset & refund my money which I have paid while purchasing Rs-11200/-.

I am Md. Tauseef Hussain. And in the month of NOVEMBER 2006 I purchased one NOKIA N72 mobile. While I was taking this mobile i was very much excited about the product that you have launched. I have only one question if some body is paying you Rs. 15000 from his pocket then you need to suggest him the right product.

After taking N72 of Nokia i got very much frustrated. And frankly speaking I am not satisfied with the quality of this Mobile. Battery backup is really worst. Its very difficult for me to carry the charger everyday here and there.

So please suggest me the best way how can I replace this cell. Because its in WARRANTY PERIOD. these days i got shifted to KOLKATA. And please send me the name of the care center in kolkata NEAR by CHANDNI CHAWK where I can go and submit my cell and paper. And I am not asking you to return back the money I am just requesting you to please on the same amount you can replace this cell or provide me some other option.

Please look into the matter and do the needful for me its a humble request.

Hello,

I bought a Nokia N76, about six weeks ago. I bought it after all the hype surrounding the product. I came to realise later that the phone is a crap. The phone started giving problem right from the time I bought it. It repeatedly shuts off. I have to charge batteries 2-3 times per day. Now about 15 days ago, the display totally went out of order. So I took it to the service center in Salt Lake Kolkata. My job worksheet number is [protected]/070903/6. As of today, after almost two weeks, I have not got back my set. The service center keeps telling me to come back this day or that day. They said they cannot repair it, so the company will replace the set. But they are saying it take more than a week before the company will replace the set. Nokia is simply cheating people and taking Indian people for a ride. They dare not do this in USA or Europe.
I am seeking back my money. I have been using mobile phones for more than ten years, never face this problem. If Nokia don't solve this problem immediately, I will have to take you to court which will be followed by media awareness on how Nokia is taking people in India for a ride.

I purchased Nokia N - 76 from Digicom Treade Link , Ahmedabad on 20.6.07, My invoice No. is RC078 and Amt . 20050/- My IMEI code is [protected]. Job Card No [protected]/070726/16. I have lots of problem with me hand set. y instrumenet is hanging very frequently more than ten times a day. Option is not that I remove the battery from hand set and then again put the battery in handset. then only my handset got start. I am businessman and my mobile is 24x 7 contineously working. Due to your faulty and defactive piece my business is too much suffer I can not receive incoming calls due to hanging problem of handset. One more thing related to my handset is that it is my wife's demand to purchase and she feeling very upseting after purchasing the said phone. So I suffer financially, economically and emotionally also. Your compay is such a big or reputed company . I mail to your nokia care centre also. I mail to your customer centre lots of times but there is no positive resuts . I am not satisfied with your customer care so I approach you.
so please try to slove my problem at your level as soon as possible.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your service for my Nokia phone 7500 Prism. This is one of the worst phone I have ever used manufactured by Nokia. Nokia's commitment towards standby time up to 250 hrs and talk time 2.8 hrs is absolutely false statement. I had given the phone for repair to your Care centre and was subsequently sent to HO Chennai for observations. The workmanship is extremely poor and the problem on fast battery drainage still persists.

I bought above reference mobile handset from (Grameen Phone center) Nokia authorized retailer shop on October 16, 2007 with 1-year warranty card from Dhaka, Bangladesh. This set is “MADE BY NOKIA”. From first day of purchase, I find low battery/battery drains fast and I gave my set to NOKIA CARE on Oct 22nd address as below:

Finally back & forth several time they replace new battery on November 8, 2007 (New battery code: [protected]) but still I have problem with battery, within 7 hour of recharge battery it becoming low battery signal.

For your information, I only use my handset just to receive / send calls, I don’t have any games, songs, video clips or other software which use may cause battery problem.

Please advise what I do with this handset

I am very disapointed with Nokia such a big corporation without 24 hour service in Malaysia.I bought a N81 recently and the machine is so frigile and software jam up.I cant on at all.so I try to contact Nokia service centre with anxious to know what is happening to the phone.However, cant get any assistant at this hour.
I hope Nokia Service Centre should at least has a HELPLINE of 24 hour service in Malaysia.Is the trust we buy Nokia phone.Hope action should be consider on 24 hour service line in Malaysia.

I am realy very disappointed, actually I bought my mobile(NOKIA 7500 Prism)on
1st of December after few days I found technical problem in the mobile so
gave for the servicing two time in nokia care center on 18Th & 23rd of
January respectively.On 24Th of January I made a call to customer complain
for my mobile status he said that I'll get my mobile on 5Th of February
and i went there on this date and he said that it is still in pending and
also said that my mobile will be replaced and said it will take more time i was calling many times but they were fail to tell me my mobile status This type of services are never expected by me with Nokia, I am also planning for registering complaint in Consumer court regarding the services and tell about this in media

I purchased a new Nokia mobile with model No 6131 on 26/10/2006, from Nokia priority authorized dealer for a sum of Rs11000/- with a warranty. From the date of purchase there is a problem with the phone i.e., low charging capacity & fast drain of Battery . When I approached the dealer, he replaced the battery with new one but the problem remained same. Again I contacted the dealer, this time he asked me to contact Nokia care centre. I contacted M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd - Nokia Professional Center , Panjagutta. and after inspection they informed that the problem is with the phone and not with the Battery . As per their advice I handed over the phone to M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd, Panjagutta for correction and they allotted a service job sheet no 41/149286.They kept it for 10 days and returned saying that the problem is rectified. But when I started using it the same problem is repeated. Again the dealer on his behalf asked the Nokia care line – HCL Infinet to rectify the problem. From there onwards each time I used to submit the phone for repair and they used to keep it for 10 to 15 days every time and returning the same faulty phone. I requested Nokia customer care centre several times for replacement of piece, but they simply said they are helpless. I submitted the phone to the Nokia centre four times under service job sheet no’s 41/149286, 41/154260, 41/158148, 41/162612 but of no use. Finally I handed over the phone to HCL INFINET, Panjagutta on 9-3-2007 for replacement and they issued a service job sheet no [protected] and informed that it will take one month for getting sanction from the concerned office, for replacement . But even after one month whenever I contacted them, every time they took time with some or other pretext but not replaced.

After purchasing I hardly used my mobile where under it is with the NOKIA CARE,Panjagutta for several months within the warranty period yet the problem is not solved.

Hi,

I bought Nokia 6275..With in 2 days, I coul find the poor battery life..I am charging it 2 or 3 times in a day even if i charge it for a long time.

The battery life for nokia 6275 is very very poor... Please give me a suggestion, what should i do to increase the battery life.

I bought a N72 on 23/11/07. After 4 months I found that the radio is not working. Suddenly after few days it automatically started working. Now my problem is the phone gets hanged repetedly sometimes when I receive a call, sometimes when I see the photos or listen the music. Then I have to switch off the phone for at least half an hour and again switch it on. But 10-15 times daily it gets hanged. My phone is in the warranty period. I have heard that if we give the phone to the customer care centre it takes days to get back the phone. I really do not know what to do.

i purchage nokia model no 2626 in jan 2008.but it is not working properly.i give it to nokia care on mar 19.my job sheet no is [protected]/080319/12.my set is not repaired till now.after that they said my mobile wil be replaced but till now nothing is happned.this kind of service i m never expected from nokia.now i m thinking to complain in consumer coure.

I HAVE PURCHASED A PHONE NOKIA N82, AROUND 25 DAYS BACK FROM THE DEALER AT BHOWANIPORE.THE IMEI NO. IS [protected]. I TOOK THE PHONE AND WENT TO HYDERABAD ON THE SAME DAY . OVER THEIR I FOUND OUT THAT THE PHONE HAD MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE HAND SET SPEAKER. I HAD NO OTHER PHONE SO I USED THE LOUD SPEAKER WHILE RECEIVING INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS. I CALD MY DEALER FROM THERE, HE ASSURED ME FOR THE REPLACEMENT. I CAME BACK TO KOLKATA 5 DAYS BACK, AND WENT TO HIM. HE DIS AGREED THE REPLACEMENT, AND TOLD ME TO VISIT NOKIA CARE AT 1, CHANDNI CHOWK. I WAITED FOR 3 HRS FOR MY CHANCE TO TALK TO THEM. THEY ALSO DIS AGREED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SET, AND GAVE ME THE JOB CARD WITH NO.[protected]/080703/46 AND TOLD TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS, AS THE PHONE WIL BE HANDED TO HEAD OFFICE AT SALT LAKE. HE TOLD CHANCES FOR REPLACEMENT IS NOT MUCH.

I WAS SO FASINATED FOR NOKIA PHONES ALL THE TIME AND USE TO PURCHASE NEW MODELS LAUNCHED IN THE MARKET. I M SHATTERED WITH NOKIAS SERVICE . A 20, 000 BUCKS SET WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT FROM DAY ONE, CANT BE REPLACED. I PROMISE NOT TO RELY ON NOKIA ANY MORE, AT LEAST CHINESE PHONES R MUCH BETTER, THEY R CHEAP WITH ALL FACILITY AND DO NOT GIVE FALSE PROMISES.

HP IS ALSO HAVING A GOOD SERVICE, THEY REPLACED MY FRIENDS MOBILE AFTER 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. His LOUD SPEAKER WAS NOT WORKING PROPER.

Dear Sir, I have the honour to state with great dissatisfaction that with a great hope I purchased Nokia3110 c on 27.05.08 from "grameenphone center", D.B.Road, Gaibandha Sador, Gaibandha, Bangladesh.But its a matter of great regret that the set has become disordered.It is now mulfunctioning.It is becoming on and off automatically.Email is not being retreived.When memory card is inserting the set starts off and on, sometimes fully off. So i am seriously hopepless and sad now.The local dealer refuses to change the set though i have been given an warranty card of one year.In this regard i like to mention here that I purchased Nokia6600 about two years ago.With that set im also facing scrolling problem. I went to Nokia Care Center, 76 Gulsan, Dhaka, Bangladesi but they failed to repair the set.So i request you to kindly order your local distributor in Bangladesh to change my Nokia3110c with a better model. I am agree to pay the rest money for this. Its a matter of great dissatisfaction that with a good hope I purchased Nokia3110 c on 27.05.08 from "Grameenphone center", D.B.Road, Gaibandha Sadar, Gaibandha, Bangladesh.But its a matter of great regret that the set has become disordered.It is now malfunctioning.It is becoming on and off automatically.Email is not being retreived.When memory card is inserted the set starts off and on, sometimes fully off. Presently i am seriously hopepless and sad now.The local dealer refuses to change the set though i have been given an warranty card of one year.In this regard i like to mention here that I purchased Nokia6600 about two years ago, that set is giving troubles since my purchase, to solve problem I went to Nokia Care Center, 76 Gulsan, Dhaka, Bangladesi but they failed to repair the set.So i request you to please order your local distributor in Bangladesh to change my Nokia3110c with a better model. I am agree to pay the rest money for this. I sent this message to the highest authority of Nokia with a great hope that you will take immediate necessary steps abiding by your slogan"Connecting people".My phone's IMEI no. is [protected].It is to be mentioned here that nokia care centre, Bogra, Bangladesh has already billed for Rs.1800/ for repairing cost of my phone 6600, but no improvement.They have cheated me, how care centre dare to do it with nokias customer.Very soon im going to publish the matter in the daily leading news paper of Bangladesh cause i have lost the good faith over Nokias goodwill.This ###ing policy with innocent peoples needs to be removed immediately by nokia.With best regards.Peteraxel, Gaibandha, Ban gladesh, mobile: +[protected]

Purchased nokia E 51 invoice no 1180 dated 5th June 08 from the local dealer namely Hotline Service Center 4 Tulsi Complex Tower Chowk Ujjain (Madhya Paradesh) Country India dealer phone no [protected]. The mobile underwent dead within 10 day of its purchase. The dealer was contacted. He referred to Nokia Care who took the mobile and deported it to Bhopal. It was apprised by theme that the some problem in software has crept in and would be set right. I am of the opinion that the quality product of yr Company in no case should suffer any deficiency in such a short period of 10 days of use with due care. Since at present i am phone less i m loosing my business, as there were around 1000 contact numbers that i have lost at the moment. There were no any kind of complained so far i have been using yr company product since last 10 years except this one. I therefore feel that the product instead of repairs should have been replaced so that my faith stands bound. I hope that a kind ear to my submission will be turned in order to maintain customer loyalty

i got a new 3110c from the mobile store pune. and now when i try to click photos the phone gets hung up. also wen i tried to cal myself from other phone while the hung up situation occurs i canot see who is calin and also after i restart the phone i canot see that who called me last time. wen i had gone to priority dealer for the solution to the problem they said it wil take 15 days to recover and i asked for a new cheap phone for the 15 days they denied. so u tell me what should i do. its only been 1 month i ve used the phone.

i had purchased a nokia mobile 2600 classic-2 on 1st may 08.the same got damaged & was given for repair at mangalore nokia care with esn/imei no [protected] on july 14 -08.the problem was that the display had to be replaced & the same was promised to be replaced within 10 days.but now even after 45 days the same is not replaced & everytime i call nokia care they are telling next week.kindly rectify the problem at the earliest.

At first I would like to inform you that I am from Bangladesh and I have a NOKIA 3110 mobile, after 5 months from the purchasing date suddenly the display was not working, and I can't call anywhere and even can't receive any phone as some stupid things are showing on the display whenever I’m pressing buttons.

And due to this I handed over the set to Dhaka Gulshan NOKIA care center on 18-06-08 for servicing, which JOB CODE # GUL0006209 and they took time 04 (four) days to repair and handover me but till today 04-09-08 they didn't handed over it me and in this period I called them up more then 15 times to know when I'll get it and every time they are saying, pls. give us more three or four days.

My question is why they can't give me a fixed date to have it and why it will take huge (unreasonable) time to handover me. And whenever I am calling them, from there every time they are saying me that PLS. DO NOT CALL US WE WILL INFROM YOU FROM OUR SIDE, WHEN IT BE READY but they (Fatima@Nokia care center & Asad@Nokia Care center, Gulshan Brach, Dhaka) never called me up.

For your kind information 18-06-08 was the 2nd submission date for the same set and before that I handed over the same set to them and they did with me the same behavior (I mean they took long longtime and made me bound to call them again and again) but finally again it disordered.

I'm really thundered to see this kind of activities from NOKIA CARE CENTER, its making us to thought about your professionalism, commitment and services and whenever I am sharing it to people everybody are astonished and they are saying me from the local market (Service Company) I would get prompt respond and better services then Nokia.

Anyway I need your help in this regards, I really do not know from here I can get a solution or not. Actually I was searching a complaint center email address to inform about this rubbish services but I didn’t get yet and so that I came here to inform.

PROBLEM : My 4 mnths old handset was mishandled by nokia care team and its
keypad were badly scratched and now they are sitting with my phone for
over onemnth now and still no hope what resolution they are going to
provide.

I purchased this costly handset because of the Nokia brandname.
And after buying within few days i felt the slider was abit stiff,
so i stopped using it and in a mnths time went to Nokia care to get is
repaired,
and they provided the set back after 2 weeks. Now it was better.

Then i starting using it and realised sometimes with poor reception
quality of signal
and bad rception for FM. Then is again visited nokia care centre at
faridabad
on 24 aug 2008.

They took the phone saying it can't be checked locally at their centre and
would be sent to higher level Nokia technical centre. The jobsheet number
for the same was [protected]/080824/3.

Then i myself checked with them on 11th of sept and they said yes your
handset is back from nokia technical centre.
When i received the phone, I found the keypad was badly scratched and even
for some keys color was also rubbed off.
I said what have you done to my phone and i was told they din't do any
repairs locally and they are returning me the phone as it was received
from Nokia main centre.

I refused to accept the phone, as it hardly 4 mnth and a phone wort 14
thousand is having such a bad shape.
I said you people have mishandled my set and i want a keypad replacement.
They again sent the phone to nokia main centre on 11th itself and gave me
the jobsheet number [protected]/080911/13.

Seeing the kind of services, i myself called up Nokia care line (phone
number 011-[protected], spoke to Mr. XYZ)
on 16th sept and explained the situation and told them to look into the
matter and resolve it ASAP.
i was assured that they will look into it and gave me a reference number
2-3CJXYZ.

Then i again checked up with them and was told your handset is back, and
went to modcad communication faridabad centre on 22nd sept. And i was
handed over the same handset in same condition with no explanation.

It was almost a mnth that my handset was with nokia care now, i lost all
my patience now, then i called up nokia care line (phone number
011-[protected], Spoke to Mr Pramod at length) explainign the situation and
providing previous reference number.

he was trying to explain to me that cosmetic repairs are not part of the
warranty, and I explained it to him that I am not asking you to repair
something under warranty but repair the damage that your technical team
has done to my phone while it as submitted for some other issue.
Even then he kept tryig to justify his point and after me asking him to
let me talk to his senior. He asked me to resolve ths with local nokia
care manager, and after insisting he said, that i should visit the
faridabad nokia care centre and then call him up and then let him speak to
the manager over there, as he was not able to see the phone physically.

i went to Faridabad care on 23rd and Spoke to Priyanka (modcad
communication manager) about the same and then called up pramod, they both
spoke and then the manager assured thatn she would put up my case with
nokia again.

On 27th I again visited fariudabad nokia care centre and then i was told
that Noka main centre is not responding, then is asked give me any
responsible person who can decide on this issue. i was told its upto Nokia
and locally they can't do anything.

Same day i called up Nokia care (phone number 011-[protected], spoke to Mr.
Vinayak), and he after listening all my issues, said they can't do
anything about it, and things were back to square one again. After talking
to him for 20-30 min he just cut the phone when he was not able to respond
to my logical queries. i again called up and insisted on talking to
Vinayak as he had cut my phone, i was not connected to him, and then
finally i was landed to their escalation departement.
then i spoke to a lady explaining to her the pathetic services and
illogical behaviour of the Nokia services dept.
She took my complaint (complaint ID 2-3DTID5) and asked me to check with
her again on next week.

I am really fedup up with talking to customer care and visiting their
local centre here in faridabad and not even a singl person to answer to my
issue.
I am not sure how they deal with other people having low end handsets.
This is the first time i am dealing with Nokia care, i feel they have a
pathetic service, with no resolution, customer care just keeps reciting a
single line without listening to what a Victimised customer has to say.

I would be highly thankful to CORE team if they can escalate my issue and get me some relief.

i disagree about the custumer services in Dubi (Nokia Care line) very bad attitued from Mr. Abdulkereem (Nokia care manager) and no follow up additional to bad and wrong information.

Nokia is now a days r cheating customers. I purchased a nokia 5200 in sep 2007.
Within 7months, headset and charger started not working. Where warranty was six month.
Next my handset start not working. Just prior to expiry of warranty. In a long que after 2hr care people attended me. Just after the september once again same problem arrises. Now i m thinking that Nokia has manufactured its handset and accessories like that, it also confirms by seeing the long que in Nokia care.

I purchased a N-95 8 gb model on August-2008. The problem with the set is i cannot connect it to pc to save any data. while i connect it to the pc using usb cable it shows power surge - unable to identify the device. the nokia priority dealer at kochi told me i have to send it for repair - mind it. just four months of use after shedding 25000. Kindly suggest me on how i should proceed further because the shop keeper is not taking any responsibility despite on purchase he gave an year's guarantee.

I have visited more than 8 times o your care center, they return my set supposing the complaint removed but their satisfaction failed with in 1/2 hour of operation.
