The 10 years of junk
I had a Huawei tablet in 2008, it stopped working 2 years later. It was bootlooping. 8 years later I had a Huawei phone, and I absolutely hated it for the one year I had it. When I wanted to change the speed of a video on YouTube, I always accidentaly pressed the "Cast to Family TV" button. I did a few drop tests on it, the phone survived. But then... May 5, 2019. The phone was bootlooping, and when I fell and knocked over the phone, the LCD finally broke. My mom said that the phone couldn't be fixed. 8 days later, I destroyed the phone, while pointing out the flaws. At that time I also got a 789% better phone, the Samsung Galaxy J3. September 8, 2021. I finished off the Huawei tablet and a Samsung Galaxy Note 7. I now also have an Acer Nitro 5 that I got on June 24, 2020. I'm sure it's a way better laptop than any Huawei laptop.
Everything
I will not purchase, or endorse, any Huawei product and I condemn Bell Media for supporting an organization owned by a country so barbaric as to lay false claims on 2 Canadians just because the want to protect their corrupt way of life. Maybe the Canadian government feels its hands are tied, but Canadians are angry at Canadian companies LIKE BELL who support Huawei. Maybe I'm the only one to speak up, because I have a big mouth, but your actions are not in the best interest of the 2 men now fighting for their lives in a primitive country.
Huawei - why do you support China
fake promo deal from huawei
Please be aware that Huawei promo with free GT watch is a lie ! They are cons & crooks & will not send your watch ! You will be tied into a contract for the phone & Vodacom [ in my case] just sits back & says there is nothing they can do about it ! I contact Huawei support S.A they keep escalating it - it seems it's been escalated so high that now God is handling it ! I am starting t think the USA was right about this company being a CCP spy !
Is Huawei Technologies Legit?
Huawei Technologies earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for Huawei Technologies. The company provides a physical address, 3 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 4 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
Huawei Technologies has registered the domain name for huawei.com for more than one year, which may indicate stability and longevity.
Huawei.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Huawei.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.
Huawei.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Huawei Technologies, is very old. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.
Huawei Technologies website is deemed to be popular and indicating that it receives a high volume of traffic. It is important to be cautious when using a highly trafficked website, as it may be a target for cybercriminals looking to exploit vulnerabilities or steal personal information.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Huawei Technologies has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 15% of 20 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Huawei Technologies protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Huawei Technologies. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

huawei nova 3 voucher that was not refunded to me in order for me to allow to purchase my phone due to their stupid website error
This is regarding my recent case with Huawei.
On 15 August 2018, at 9:00am I made a purchase of Huawei Nova 3 (Red) using the RM500 which I have won in conjunction with AirAsia and Huawei. Towards the end of my transaction, I was led to a blank page. Being concerned, I made a call to Huawei customer service hotline and spoken by the staff named Ching. Ching told me clearly that my order was approved and even gave me my order number that the mobile phone will be delivered within 2-3 business days. I also received a confirmation email that my order is being processed and the mobile phone will be delivered under my cousin's name within the time frame mentioned.
On the same date, at about 11:00am, I received another automated email from Huawei, informing me that the payment was still pending and as a result, I immediately called to Huawei again and had spoken with the staff by the name of VB. VB then requested me to send the screenshot of my transactions to Huawei mobile team in Malaysia. Having the email sent, hilariously, NO ONE got back to me and as a result, at around 2:00pm, I received a notification email saying that my order was CANCELLED.
Feeling devastated, I called to Huawei again at about 3pm and had spoken with Ching for a conversation that is close to 1 hour. After much trouble, Ching finally took the initiative to check with your Finance team and I was told that the RM500 voucher will be refunded to me within the time span of 24-72 hours. This is where the nightmare begins. On 16 August 2018, I received a call from one of Huawei's staff, Chandru informing me that my voucher will be refunded to me in 24 hours.
After 24 hours, nothing has taken place and no one made initiative to contact either me or my cousin. To cut the long story short, my cousin and I have made numerous calls to Huawei and no one has bothered to resolve the issue as of to date and the validity of the voucher is ending soon. There is a limited amount of Huawei Nova 3 (Red) that is able to be purchased with the voucher, and no one from Huawei is able to look into this. NO ONE has replied my emails to Huawei, as well.
To add salt into the wound, the most horrible experience was with Huawei contact centre manager by the name of Joyous Tan. There were a couple of times that my cousin called (most of the time he called as I am in Singapore while he is in Malaysia) and Joyous informed him that she would call back, however, no callbacks were being returned. The best part was, when my cousin called her at 8:30pm (Huawei's contact centre works until 9pm), she told her staff to inform my cousin she could not attend to his call because she needs to go home at 9pm. Is this how Huawei works? Huawei shuns their customers away when they need help?
The call that made me really devastated was, I called Huawei again all the way from Singapore (and I don't think Huawei is going to even compensate the airtime I have paid to call the hotline and no it is not toll-free) on 23 August 2018 at about 3:15pm. The customer service personnel by the name of Vishnu wasted 15 minutes of my time just to put me on hold when I specifically requested to speak with Joyous. After much hassle, and the call was connected to Joyous. When I spoke with her, she said she has escalated to the Headquarters and all she can do is to wait for the Headquarters to respond. She said she does not have any empowerment as a manager to help me. To further aggravate the matter, she sounded defensive over the phone as if I deserve for all these catastrophe, agony and misfortune that Huawei has caused me over your website's defect. Look, Huawei's IT problem is not my problem.
When I mentioned writing to the CEO and the media, Joyous Tan's response was: "Go ahead". Brilliant, Huawei, simply brilliant! This how Huawei push their customer to write to higher management instead of working closely to ensure that the matter is resolved timely.
I have since emailed both the CEO and management team last Friday (25 August 2018), chatted with a staff via their live chat system today, 27 August 2018 and the staff mentioned that someone will call my cousin, and they have failed to do so, by far.
refund policy
I have purchase a Huawei Y6II mobile with the order #: [protected] delivered on April 12, 2018. During the time I installing the programs it suddenly shot-off then I try to reboot the phone their no success showing the logo of Huawei immediately I wrote a complaint to awok.com regarding that I received defective mobile. I have attached a video of the actual item. I would like to request a refund my amount which I paid for the item.
repair / replacement of device
I booked in my Huawei P9 on the 27th of October 2017. 10 Working days ago. At the Vodacom Port Elizabeth Repair Centre in Greenaces. I received a message to say that the turn around time will be 5 - 7 working days. After that sms I have received messages stating the same status.in the assessment centre. I have phoned the Vodacom Repair line and Huawei Head Office almost every single day. The people that work at the Vodacom call centre and Huawei are clueless to say the least. One of the gentleman told me to escalate the matter or try and resolve it "is not in his job description" and the other lady this morning tuned me "what do you suggest I do?" Well, you work there mam don't you? If I had to say any of these things to my clients I will be fired so fast! I was told that my device will not be repaired but replaced. Well great, can it be replaced then? The gentleman I spoke to yesterday said that I have to wait for the turn around time of 14 working days - not what was stated in the sms messages to me! We have to wait was the response. Yes, let's wait for better days why don't we! Huawei needs to replace the device. Apparently Vodacom is waiting for a credit from Huawei in order to replace my device. I spoke to the regional manager of Huawei this morning and he confirmed that Vodacom and Huawei have an arrangement in place that Vodacom must replace a device immediately regardless. The regional manager of Huawei confirmed that Vodacom does not need to wait for "a credit" from Huawei in order to replace a device. This is clearly an arrangement Vodacom has no cooking clue about. Is there no communication whatsoever between Huawei and Vodacom? One thing is for sure. Come July when I need to upgrade my contract (not the only one I have by the way) - I will definately not be upgrading but cancelling. I have had years of issues with Vodacom. As for Huawei. This is a brand I will never give a shot again. Because the service from Vodacom and Huawei is absolutely non existent. So many people are changing over from Samsung to Huawei. If you are ever considering this people, don't! You will have endless issues and no assistance whatsoever. My Samsung was booked in at TTS and sorted out in 3 days, with constant feedback. No one sits there and waits for "turnaround time" to sort an issue out. Ridiculous Vodacom and Huawei! Ridiculous! I am disgusted in the customer service I have received.
service
I took my phone into the Melrose arch service/disservice centre for a screen replacement as it is in the warranty, it was on the 16 when this was done and I had asked the manger Hloni specifically that I should be contacted if there was no prospect of my phone being. done by Friday the 22nd of September as I was going to leave for cape town they weekend.
I received no phone call from the centre so I assumed that my phone was done as I proceeded to the centre on Saturday the 23rd ahead of my trip, when I arrived at the centre I was informed my phone was not ready and that Hloni the manager was on leave and that there was no message left for them to contact. I then requested that they recall the phone but was assured the phone was done and was only waiting to be dispatched which let me to reschedule my trip and moved to Tuesday as Monday was a holiday.
When I arrived at the centre on monday the phone was still not in the centre in fact this time I am told they are still working in the phone, I then insisted that I was not leaving without the phone . I was told the email was sent to urgently dispatch the phone, I then requested that I be contacted during the cause of the day to keep me posted as I had other errands to run ahead of my travel but I have not heard from these people up until today and I am now in cape town and demand that my phone be sent to me right here in cape town.

flt was cancelled but my daughter's ticket was not re-confirmed with e ticket no.176-[protected]
We as a family bought the Ek tickets from middle continent travelling agency in Dubai, with below e-ticket no. respectively
1, Meng xin e-ticket no:176-[protected] (Mother)
2, Tang yuxuan e-ticket no:176-[protected] ( Daughter 2.5 years only)
3, Tang guojun e-ticket no: 176-[protected] (Father)
originally we already confirmed the EK flt on 24th JUN, but unfortunately Emirate flt on 24th JUN was cancelled and all our bookings were re-scheduled to 23rd JUN except for my daughter, my question is that how come Emirates airlines as the child to leave behind without proper communication with passengers and we need our daughter's booking confirmed on 23rd JUN to be travelling with us
huawei honor 8
Numerous tickets opened with Huawei concerning my defective Honor 8 SmartPhone and each time I get the corporate run-around due to the location I am at. They will NOT work collectively within the said and given company but their remarks appear that every Huawei is different thus NO assistance can be given other than finger pointing. With this type of dodging consumer complaints, they affectedly cast you aside. They are not taking into consideration the digital world though they like and want to sell their products everywhere. Here is MY advise to all .. stay away from Huawei for anything and everything ok. Do NOT buy their products and don't fall into their selling tactics or schemes! Bad .. very bad.
huawei p9 woolworths voucher
I bought the phone in December, and battle to receive the Woolworth's gift card. The Vodacom Consultant suggested the P9 phone, but now Vodacom states it is the handset manufacturers (Huawei's) problem. I have send numerous email to [protected]@tlcrewards.com, and at last went to the Vodacom store to obtain the purchase slip, but until now, no response. I have also called a Huawei head office number that was given to me by a Huawei call center consultant, but it keeps on ringing. Please what do I need to do more to get the gift card. Vodacom and Huawei makes a deal, but never honor it. And now none of them are taking any responsibility for this.
huawei model no u8860 honor (wifi) order no.[protected]
Dear Sir,
With great discomfort I have to put this matter in front of you for further perusal .I have ordered Souq.com (Order No.[protected]) to supply (2) two numbers me huawei model no U8860 honor ( wifi ) mobiles. The order was placed on 19/11/2013 and I received conformation thanking the purchase .Accordingly my account was debited. Then while I was waiting for the mobile to come, on the specified delivery date, I received a massage that my order is canceled. To my surprise in the web they are displaying the same mobile for sale but with an increased price.
When I contacted the customer services, they said that the order was canceled as there is no stock. You may observe that they wanted to sell the same mobile in a higher price . if so why they took my money for five days and then report unavailability. You will also agree that they should have returned my funds the next day if stock was not there and not on the delivery date .
More over even if someone place an order, if the demand is high, again they will say no stock and repeat the same. You will also admit that I was not treated fairly.
Therefore I humbly request you to provide me the same phone without any other interferences .
Thanking You
Best Regards,

windspeed data stick e1691
wind speed Data stick prepaid two months unlimited plan which comes with a free data stick is a sham in Ontario,
First month had bad connections all through out the days; was told by wind mobile chat "networks were busy" only got to use it 1am-7am. Second month i received a text from Wind that said "Your usage is well above the levels defined in our data fair usage policy. So that everyone has fair access-your speed will be limited until the end of the month" .
It as been more then a week, I can barely browse the internet, wind agent said i have to wait until the beggning of the month, as of now i should get at least 1 mbps instead of the 7 mbps as they promise, because i went over 5GB limit i am unable to browse. I never had 7mbps ever since i purchased this stick.
Statistics of the data stick says " Note: Statistics may not be accurate", so when you call wind and they give you a higher numbers of GB you used used per month, don't fall for it and you should always have the ability to brows the internet since it is unlimited, i feel i got ripped off and other people maybe getting ripped off as well!

lines are coming on display
i purchased Huawei Mobile Model No. C2905 from a mobile store on 05-04-08 and found that lines are coming on display screen. the store refused to replace it when i contacted on next day, rather asked me to complaint at Redington. I booked complained at Redington at visakhapatnam on 09-04-08 with no. 00106. till date my problem is not attended by Redington. They are also not lifting phone when i called upon. Their phone no. is [protected]. kindly do needful in solving my problem
I had purchased my Blackberry Gemini 8520 from a mobile store in Chennai and only after purchase I knew it was a officially unlocked device and not a usual Airtel Blackberry, I was upset at first as I have nearly 3 years of experience with Blackberry service at Airtel and its just awesome they do it so professionally. I used a Rs.999 (approx. USD $20) worth cover for the phone from case mate, after a month and few days the display brightness diminished to very low level and I had taken it to the Redington India Ltd. service center in T.Nagar and they told me about the Rs.730 charge if there is water lodged in the device and I was 100% sure that there isn't any possibility for the same, so I gave my device for service and was waiting for about 2 weeks and I received a call from them saying there was water lodge in my device and they want me to pay Rs.730 to get the device back and the most important thing is that the device isn't serviced. I was like what the hell? Why would I pay these cheats the money just to open and take look at it and return? These people don't have the basic common sense that if I had known there is water why would I give it for service to pay Rs.730 unnecessarily? I would rather go to private service center and get it done for same price or something additional, finally they sent me some fake snap shots of water damage and stuff. I doubt if they had done it on their own to rip off the money. Today I got the device back and the display totally doesn't work. They spoiled it even more. Blackberry has to stop sending officially unlocked devices let the people get good service from Airtel, Reliance and other service providers. Never from these local Redington guys, I wonder if they have ever seen a Blackberry phone, these guys would only have experience in spoiling local basic phones like Nokia, Motorola etc. Now giving the service order to these guys Blackberry is spoiling its reputation in India. I need a brand new device and also my Rs.730 to be returned and I am not going to live them till then.
People beware of these guys. Redington India Ltd is totally a fraud company. Redington India Ltd rips off the money and spoils your device. Redington Group has to replace my device and pay me my Rs.730 back. Redington Group has to stop the scam in the name of service Blackberry devices. Redington India Ltd should no longed be an authorized company to service Blackberry devices. Blackberry has to stop the contract right away.
i hav purchase huawei 2905 model.but it is locked with service provider.i can`t use another cdma sim in this devise.so please tell me how can i unlock it...
please reply soon as possible
ofcourse the display of the dia;;ing numbers are little light but the its okay as far as the cost is concerned.
but the major prob lem with this set is the data cablem you can't find its cable easily,
The second and the most biggest problem i'am facing is the conversation recording if the Huawei could design the call recording facility for 15 minute but not the both party conversation. the problem looks simple but the problem is ample.
