In May of this year I noticed in my statement charges for subscription I canceled in 2021 I call credit scoresence and send them a screenshot along with my information and they suggested I call netspend and let them know. Netspend could run a check on the company and netspend found more. (This was May June is when I was suggested to let netspend know) I received a do not reply from netspend because I was calling netspend and email them too much and the process was to long when I filed the money 144 the company sent me. I WILL NOT RECEIVE DUE TO THAT I TOOK TOO LONG. HOW CAN THE NETSPEND PREPAID ACCOUNT GET TO KEEP MY MONEY AND I RECEIVE A DO NOT REPLY EMAIL FROM Netspend that they received my money but they are keeping it and don't reply back.
Help me on this are they getting away with this these subscription was canceled 2021 who's fault is it netspend
