I used an ATM to withdraw funds at US Bank in Pahrump, Nevada. The Netspend website says I can use ATM once per month, fees waived. This ATM is the only one in town that Netspend says is authorized for such use. Instead, I get charged $3.50 fee by bank on top of withdrawal amount and additional $3.00 charge from bank, both on 7/13. Filed customer service complaint and get the runaround. Last response said they would make it right yet weeks later no further response.
Claimed loss: $6.50
Desired outcome: refund fee that was supposed to be waived.
