Netflix — no rewind capability
About two weeks ago I suddenly lost the ability to rewind all content and replay portions that I may have missed while out of the room. This is a major problem. Often audio is not clear and needs to be replayed. There are other reasons to rewind also, such as trying to read those lengthy letters that are flashed in front of you and you have 2 seconds to read it.
This problem needs to be fixed or I am done with Netflix. If this becomes widespread, you can count on many folks leaving Netflix. They told me it was my problem not there's.
