Totally ridiculous and ignorant... You should make a movie or series depicting einstein as a chinese lead actor or make a movie about moses using an indian actor!

Your company has lost a lot of respect from this consumer.. Removing amazing t. V. Shows like lost, and scrubs. But now I see that you removed its always sunny in philadelphia.. That show was one of the best shows your company has.. Sorry had on your service.. You are a multi-billion dollar company with millions of users and you cant "licence" a deal to keep shows.. Your just being cheap. You hike the price and remove your good shows and add your own product. Which other than the second season of stranger things season 2.. (not the first) and the ranch are your only good products. You have lost the respect and buisness from this consumer due to your greed and idiocy.

We are very happy with netflix and have enjoyed the original programming. However, the laugh tracks are obnoxious and one of the main reasons we stopped watching network television.

There are shows we would like to watch but won't because the laugh tracks are so intrusive. If a show is actually funny, it doesn't need canned laughter to tell the audience when to laugh.

Would it be possible to offer an option to turn off the laugh track in much the same way one can choose to have subtitles or not?

I find it disturbing that you have a new series about "dangerous animals". Haven't you learned yet that humans are the most dangerous animal? Why do you need to make humans even more afraid of their natural world? These animals are just trying to survive with their amazing adaptations. They are not out to get us! How about a little bit of sensitivity for our disappearing wildlife that we are driving to extinction!?

Please add descriptions to the rating system. For instance, the TV-MA programs (which seem to be the majority of your adult programs nowadays) should have TV-type indicators (L, D, S, V) or detailed info on the level of these indicators prior to viewing. Not all adults care for the excessive graphic sex scenes, violence and profanity. If it was up to me I'd rather not have excessive expletives or graphic sex scenes in a show. I get that people make love but I'm not interested in the soft porn. It doesn't do anything to move the story forward in the majority of cases. Same thing with the excessive profanity. I'd like to know ahead of time what's going to be in the show I'm thinking of watching and choose if I want to see it not.

First off I want to start off by saying, the ranch is the best show on netflix, and I only watch it because of the classic characters from past shows. I just want to say that I am disgusted that my favorite character danny masterson is being fired from his job because of allegations. Not evidence, but just because he was accused. What happened to "innocent until proven guilty". Its sad to see that he was taken off and it makes me not want to watch the show anymore. On the show, rooster just got to know a new snowbunny, and he was just trying to go crazy. I have been a subscriber to your service for almost 7 years. Mainly for titles I couldn't watch w/o cable. "The Ranch" was my go to Netflix original. Firing Danny Masterson has ruined the show. I'm not saying his alleged misconducts are ok, but he is a great actor. Don't ruin a show over a charge from 13 years ago. Bring him back untill he's convicted or proven innocent. I don't want to cancel my subscription, but I won't stand for wrongful termination. Ultimately you ruined my favorite show over something that is still being litigated in court. The ruling will not change my opinion that Danny Masterson (the rooster) is a good actor and should be on the ranch.

Grab a backbone. If you're going to fire half of the main cast in a series... Have the decency to pull the whole thing entirely. I installed a new Amazon Fire TV. I can scan to Netflix but when I try to open it I get an error message (ui-800-3). I checked the satellite and network connections and everything seems to be fine. I looked in your troubleshooting links but couldn't find an answer. You are my favorite and I was really looking forward to viewing my programs on my new hd flat screen. I don't want to be scrooge but hopefully, this is a simple fix. I appreciate your help.

In this season of women accusing various men of sexual abuse and harassment felonies do you really think it wise to support the accused rapist and murderer of Teresa Halbach? Her torture, rape and muder is the ultimate sexual abuse. Please stop supporting this thug and eliminate Making a Murderer and refuse to add Season 2 to your programming schedule. After all he was released from prison for a sexual abuse crime only to be emboldened to escalate his hatred of women to murder. Do you honestly think he won't strike again if he is released now?

My friends and I are watching Peaky Blinders seasons 1-3 before season 4 is released on the 21st. We noticed on season 1 ep 3 there was about a 5 second lag between the audio and visual. Most episodes seem to be fine but there are a few that do not align. Although it is tolerable, it certainly diminishes the viewing experience. Is there any way you would be able to sync these back up, or is there anything I can do on my end? Any info would be helpful.

my debit card was charged for a Netflix account in the amount of $27.99. I do use your services but my account has been closed for a couple of months now. These charges are not under any of my Google accounts. I demand a refund and my this active account closed. My email is: [protected]@gmail.com. I love Netflix, but I find it difficult to understand why I can not see many of the films offered. I see great ones that I would love to see, but they are not in English and I do not want to spend the whole movie reading subtitles and not enjoying the movie. This is a huge waste of time and money. I am ready to end my subscription because I am not getting what I am paying for.

The cost of netflix is 20.64, this includes a dvd rental cost to which I haven't used in years. When I asked to be refunded for all those months and years I was given 1 month refund which was $10.32. So you just made a considerable amount of money from me. Now how many other people have you stolen from beside myself. This is a rip off! You are crooks.

It keeps telling this title is not available, every show/movie was it does it! Not just a specific show every one we pick. This problem has been going on for about a week! It's ridiculous I pay every month and I can not watch anything. My whole family and I are starting to debate on whether or not we want to continue our subscription because what good is it if we can not watch anything!

There is not enough movies that we can watch in French. Sadely my husband speaks only French and he is really limited in the movies he can watch. It's really frustrating when the movies is in every language but French and makes us want to cancel our account. It is unfair that we are unable to watch the movies that we like in our native language witch is French. In Ontario we are a bilingual province and French is one of this language. Also for the price we pay it is very frustrating that we can't even watch a movie in the language we speak. What a unfair reality with all the technology we have in 2017. There must be some changes or I will cancel my account.

Why is Danny Materson still working for this company? You got rid of Kevin Spacey as well you should have. How would you feel if this happened to the females in your family. One survivor is to many. These are women not victims. You all should be ashamed. We as subscribers are not willing to be a part of this so I am calling on all subscribers to demand action or cancel our subscriptions and go on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and whatever else to let you all know it's time to hold people accountable for their actions. Those in your company that don't agree should be shown the door and no severance package either. And I will start the ball rolling-- I work hard for my money and their are other ways of spending my money and other streaming companies we can go to.

I keep getting kicked off my movies and Netflix will crash and take me back to main screen with all the apps. This is extremely annoying and really didn't notice problems until I went to more screens added or devices added to my membership .! Sometimes it's only seconds into the movie or show and I will get kicked off ! Plz help or something! Thank you
