Netflix decided to gut their DVD service, I sent DVD on 12/26/19 Thursday and because they shut down on weekends including sub-service on Fridays, I will receive my new DVD on 1/2/19 (one week later). I called the 800 phone/Netflix crew was uncaring and didn't care if I closed my account, a supposed manager, Aaron, who didn't provide his last name, he was useless and was a bad example of customer service. NFLX brag about their great AI technology but they don't even have e-mail complaint lines and only have an 800 complaint line, old fashioned (and have banker's hours).
Yes, Netflix DVD service does suck now and when you call the employees are worthless and arrogant. The one I talked to sounded like she had been picked randomly from the street in the ghetto and handed a phone to answer. I hope Netflix’s arrogance comes back to bite them at some point. Loyal customers should not be treated this way.
