Netflix - Customer service

I've cancelled my account 3 times and I'm still being charged with the last attempt Jan. 5, 2020. . I spoke with a CS person and he was rude and would not listen to what I was saying. He was argumentative and kept taking over me. Very unprofessional. I don't know if it was cancelled or not. I requested to speak to a supervisor, which made him angery. He put me on hold and I waited for sometime and no one ever picked up.

Netflix - Don’t f*k with cats

As I was scrolling for a movie to watch, I stumbled upon a title for a documentary that said "Don't f**k with cats". I didn't watch it, but was given a pretty good idea of what it was about from the title and picture on the screen. After researching the documentary, I was horrified that Netflix would make this available to the public. I find it disgusting and offensive that you would promote and make money off of this.
I pay money each month for Netflix, but I am deleting it as of today. I am not giving my money to a company that promotes animal cruelty and murder. This documentary gives bad people more bad ideas regarding how to torture and kill animals and people, and the fact that you showed real footage of this is absolutely horrifying and disgusting! I don't stand by that and will not pay money to any platform that promotes it. Animal cruelty is such a sensitive topic to most people and I am shocked that Netflix would air something that draws attention to the act, and to the person who did it!
This is NOT the only documentary you have posted that is appalling. I have started to notice that some of your subject matter has become very distasteful and offensive.
I would advise you to please make better entertainment choices and PLEASE delete this film.

Netflix - Titles in other languages

It seems almost everything new lately is in another language! Please post it's in another language so it is easy to see without having to go into the movie and watch the beginning. it seems every time I try to view a movie lately it's in a foreign language! This is still America right? Please get more American titles and make it easier to know if they are not in English...Thank you

Netflix - The show “big mouth”

This show is abhorrent and disgusting. It features children as the main characters who are not even in 8th grade yet; this 11-12 years old in a series of lewd acts and sexual stories including but not limited to beastiality, incest, and sexual innuendos with adults and vice versa. There are "hormone monsters" that follow these children around and masturbate with them which is so sad and disturbing due to the fact these monsters are full grown adults. This, is pedophelia and it's deeply concerning that Netflix would offer this kind of content.

This show saddens me deeply for the fact that it’s a cartoon and will attract children, because naturally kids are attracted to anything animated. There is no explicit rating on the show stating it’s for mature audiences at the very least. Even so the content is horrific and it’s dedlly disturbing that Netflix would allow a show that exploits children sexually in this manor. Please, please take this show off.

Netflix - Complaint

I can no longer access my account that I pay for. Someone hacked my account i tried to boot them by changing passwords says my password Is wrong so i try to reset it wont let me so I boot every device off of the account and now I cant access it cuz apperantly I dont no my own password I'm gonna cancel my services and never come back to netflix if this isnt fixed asap

Netflix - User interface

The new user interface for Netflix is so bad I am seriously thinking about canceling my service. Netflix use to have the best UI but now it is so disorienting by opening and collapsing each movie title. The constant shifting and changing of the screen makes it impossible to browse movies. Combine that with the auto play of clips/starting the movie and it makes for a very unpleasant experience.
Netflix use to be my first choice but now when I want to find something to watch I almost always go with Amazon Prime.

Netflix - dvd service

Netflix decided to gut their DVD service, I sent DVD on 12/26/19 Thursday and because they shut down on weekends including sub-service on Fridays, I will receive my new DVD on 1/2/19 (one week later). I called the 800 phone/Netflix crew was uncaring and didn't care if I closed my account, a supposed manager, Aaron, who didn't provide his last name, he was useless and was a bad example of customer service. NFLX brag about their great AI technology but they don't even have e-mail complaint lines and only have an 800 complaint line, old fashioned (and have banker's hours).

Yes, Netflix DVD service does suck now and when you call the employees are worthless and arrogant. The one I talked to sounded like she had been picked randomly from the street in the ghetto and handed a phone to answer. I hope Netflix’s arrogance comes back to bite them at some point. Loyal customers should not be treated this way.

Netflix - Unwilling to honor email

Received an email at 517 (central) on 9/24/19 stating that I could rejoin netflix free for 30 days. I tried to rejoin, it kept wanting to charge, I called the helpline and the lady couldn't help so i asked to speak to a supervisor. I talked to Vin and he basically said if I wanted the free trial, I had to restart everything (email, payment card, etc.) And then I would be eligible. So I told him that's basically restarting and not rejoining. He said yes, and that's all he could do.

Netflix - Voltron legendary defenders season 8

I am extremely disappointed by season 8 of Voltron legendary Defenders. I don't know what had happened with the ones in charge, why had to decline so suddenly. However, using lgbtq as a PR stunt? Having fans so upset because there are rumors flying around about what it was going on (one claiming that they did stuff out of spite). There are so many feeling of betrayal by fans. Yet no one is paying attention to them. No one likes how the characters were treated. No one likes the obvious baiting or the killing off of characters. But more importantly, was the fact that the direction of the show just went way off the rails. Season 8 was the worst. It left fans extremely disappointed. I don't know if you have any power over your shows. I don't know if you can do anything about it. The show was great but left on an extremely sour note.
