I've cancelled my account 3 times and I'm still being charged with the last attempt Jan. 5, 2020. . I spoke with a CS person and he was rude and would not listen to what I was saying. He was argumentative and kept taking over me. Very unprofessional. I don't know if it was cancelled or not. I requested to speak to a supervisor, which made him angery. He put me on hold and I waited for sometime and no one ever picked up.
