MyPrepaidCenter.comlocked out of account, no real customer service.

Today I went to login to my account on, first attempt didn't work, so I went and requested my username, and then to change my password. I received a successfully changed password message and then proceeded to login to my account, first attempt failed, second attempt failed, third attempt typed it in really slow to ensure it was correct still failed. Eventually I am locked out of my account. Since my card is a virtual card that is listed within the actual site I can't call any cardholder service.

    I have contacted Kent Patterson, he contacted me back as for my card information which I informed is in my account which is locked. After this reply he has yet to respond.

    I was able to get into my account. Consider this issue resolved.
