MyPillow Poor Customer Service for Returns

My husband ordered a pair of My Slippers from MyPillow. Unfortunately, they are too big and I am trying to return them. There is not even a mention about how to return items when I log into our MyPillow account. I checked the packing slip to learn that I must call customer service to get an RMA before returning the slippers. The automated message I received said to anticipate a hold time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. As of now, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute, all the while listening to the Elvis version of "Amazing Grace." Amazing Grace is a fine hymn. Listening to it on a repeating loop for over 2 hours, however, is maddening. Spare yourself the grief and don't order from MyPillow if there is any chance you'll need to return it. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.

Desired outcome: A way to return these slippers

MyPillow Ads

The very presence of Lindell is now a political statement. Lindell's alignment with conspiracy promoters, hucksters, conmen, political opportunists and out right liars, makes him and his product toxic and offensive.
When even Fox News, known for allowing even the most outrageous theories voice, wont give his seditious and possibly illegal activities around the election outcome air time, a fact he alludes to in his ad, I believe he and his questionable product should be banned from HGTV and all of your associate networks.

Desired outcome: remove My Pillow/Mike Lindell ads

MyPillow Mattress topper too big need exchanged for full size

And this is very easy to do and I have written to you many times about this complained of slipping off of the bed how is hurting myself which I've had to go to the hospital a couple of times because it is a queen size topper and I need a full size diaper I am personally and almost to the point of being blind responsible for the burden of hurt myself I don't wanna file that I'm planning to have anything against your company you're very special company and so am I I just want replacement of the pillow topper then again it is a queen size I need a full size I shouldn't be too hard to do I have emailed and sent letters to you through the mail please take care of decision immediately thank you Pamela Williams my address is as follows 615 E. MyPillow Bed bath and beyond

At least 74,000,000 shoppers are totally astounded that your company has decided to discontinue carrying "My Pillow" products simply because he backed and supported President Trump.
Your action is an example of your true beliefs akin to communism.
It's your business but we customers choice to shop elsewhere.
There are plenty of other businesses that will continue to carry Mike Lindales company products and you will most definitely lose sales for his products but many other products they would have purchased while in your stores.

I agree. I will simply now order from EBay or My Pillow directly. I’m planning on a purchase as soon as my new home is finished.

I’m into Quality - NOT Political Opinions. Businesses that decide to participate in this Nazi cancel culture stuff are hurting themselves.

This has become a dangerous practice in my opinion. I will still shop with you, I practically furnished my current home with your stuff but I’ll look elsewhere first.

MyPillow nothing special, to be honest

I fell for their advertisement on tv. Silly me. And naive.
Telling you, never believe what you see on tv, as a rule, they sell junk and garbage, however, what they show us seems to be a miracle. In fact, this pillow appeared to be a very cheap one, made out of a strange and thin material and can't be called the best one in the world. Even the one I have at home is much better, and I bought it at Walmart during the sale.

MyPillow Absolutely unacceptable!

I was interested in this www.mypillow.com company because I saw their advertisement on TV. I decided to give it a try and ordered one pillow and was told that as a first time customer I would receive a second pillow absolutely free. Seemed like a great deal until they charged me for two pillows! I contacted customer service and asked what was going on. They did not reply for a long time. And when they finally did I did not receive an answer to my question. I wanted to get a refund but it seemed like they really did not care. Stay away from this fraudulent website! They lied to me and stole my money! Absolutely unacceptable!

I called the phone number in the TV commercial immediately upon seeing it. It said the price was $19.95 and you would get a second pillow free.
When I got them on the phone they said that mypillow.com does not advertise a price. That was an old commercial! I saw it just minutes before
calling to order!

MyPillow Scamming website and problems with the delivery

I purchased two pillows from the company www.mypillow.com. I got the info about the delivery, order and this seller provided contact info. After several weeks, I understood that they scammed me. I contacted the chat agent, and he told me that they lost my order, but they promised to provide it within several weeks. After that they again ignored me and I hadn’t received my order. Scam.

Years ago bought various items, like them and lasted.

Recently place two different order and still, after confirmation with purchase. That was over three weeks ago, never received them and my request go unanswered.

Paid with Capital One who also followed up and NOTHING. They did withhold payment but will NEVER order from them again.

I was given a pair of moccasin slippers by my boyfriend Christmas 2022. The soles split. For the money he paid they surely should have lasted longer than a year.

The bottom side of my slippers has broken open, I have only had them 2 months really l9ve them too. These slippers are the best I have ever owned so sorry they broke down so quick.

after washing said pillow case, out of the washer the pillow case was shredded. Never has this happened with any other type of bedding. Very disappointed.

I have had these slippers since 2021 the sole has come off. I know that there is only a year warranty but they are made cheap. Although, comfortable and warm they do not last. I only wore them around the house which is only 462 sq FT so not much wear there.

I received these for Christmas Dec 2022 from my husband. The sole is slit - separating from the shoe. They are 4 months old.

I just received 2 my pillows. they are so thin. We have older my pillows, and they are much thicker. I am not happy with my purchase at all. Can they be returned? I opened them but have not used them. They were just delivered yesterday. (Mar. 28) I ordered My Pillow 2.0 2 of them on March 16th. Order #[protected]

I purchased mint colored women’s slippers in November. I wear them minimally. The left heel rubber is coming apart from the slipper material. I’m very disappointed in quality for the $. It’s the stitching that is coming undone.. I would like them replaced.

If no response, I’ll move on to other options.
