Ordered several items, including a pair of bedroom slippers for my wife. She bought the "hype" about them being the most comfortable slippers you would ever own. I did not concur because I thought the slippers were WAY OVERPRICED! After less than three months and very little (indoors only) wear, they started to come apart (upper separating from sole). After multiple calls and e-mails back and forth, a REFUND was not issued per their policy. (It had been over 60 days but less than 90.) My wife did NOT want a replacement pair because she was afraid the replacement slippers would also come apart. After seeing their ads for so long, we thought they were a trustworthy company with great customer service. Guess the joke's on us!

MyPillow - Laying off of work, no wages
Hello my name is Michael storzer, and I work for people ready in eau Claire Wisconsin, they put me on a job at my pillow in Minnesota. now I have been cut hours because they had a shipping issue at my pillow. I am taking care of my very sick father who has stage 4 lung cancer and being laid off of this job as many hours as I've been laid off is really hurting my financial situation. I don't think it's fair when somebody wants to work as hard as I do then I'm out of job because people already can't find anything else for me. I am willing to work wherever they put me but they told me that there is no work in this seems to happen every summer, please help me I really need to help my father. If you can give me a call my phone number is [protected]. thank you for your time please be prompt I would appreciate a call soon as possible. Sincerely, Michael Storzer this is not my fault and it's upsetting that I was depending on this job to help me out financially with my current hotel room and bills and food now I am unable to help myself financially this was the money it was depending on every day to pay for everyday financial situations and now not be able to work due to my pillow having no shipment of pillow filler taking away my overtime hours and bonuses and and I'll be possibly be homeless due to this should the workers people already that work for my pillow should be compensated? For the hours and days they miss. Thank you
I agree with you that they are definitely misleading in their infomercials and surprisingly not a trustworthy company. I am trying to get my FULL refund since their infomercial did not describe the men's slippers as having a back lip
