MyPillow I love this pillow

I have always had difficulty finding a pillow I liked. Prior to retirement I averaged 200 nights a year in motels. One had a "mypillow" in my room. I loved it!
I bought a Queen size for home and have never regretted my purchase. I bought a regular size to use in our Airstream. Every month I'll place it in the dryer on high for 20 minutes, keeps it fresh and full.
Pillows are subjective. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to comfort and satisfaction. They work for me and I will not go back to a another brand pillow. I don't care what his or the company's political, religious, or personal views are. I noticed many reviews on here posted negative reviews because they don't agree with the owner's opinion. I did discover that the company has given away thousands of pillows to worthy causes. Hey, you buy the pillow and don't like it, throw it on a guest bed or give it to your kid. I know I sleep better because of this pillow. Period.

MyPillow My PILLOW is the BEST PILLOW in the WORLD

I bought my husband a MY Pillow for Christmas last year and I stole it from him. So for his birthday my mom got him his own MY Pillow. Oh and the bath towels, forget synthetics, this is the real MCCOY, COTTON, and they are the perfect bath towels your body could ever wish for. Also, Mike Lindell is such a wonderful Christian and his company is phenomenal, and his customer service team is beyond the moon. What a blessing it was to be told GOD BLESS YOU after I concluded my business. This is the type of company i want to do business with, and mom and pop local stores. You can hang up the Walmarts and Targets, and shop local or with companies like this one who was given a completely false rating out of [censored]s who are followers and not leaders. Praise God for the MY PILLOW COMPANY and each of their employees, I wish you all God's Continued Blessings and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year, because guess what? We already know that GOD has WON!

MyPillow Betterbone: I finally figured this out!

Because I sleep on my back at an incline to help my heartburn, I use a neckroll as a pillow. Its actually a 'dogbones neckbone' and I love how the shape cradles my head. Because the original stuffing in it was hard, I removed it and stuffed it with plush fiberfill from the craft store. It works ok, but keeps packing down so I have to keep buying more and restuffing it. I thought, there must be some more resilient stuffing out there. I saw the ads for Mypillow and got a crazy idea to buy the travel pillow and cut it open and use most of the filling inside my Dogbone. I finally tried it and though it was a messy process (filling has tiny bits that go everywhere) it was worth it. After a couple nights I have woken up without shoulder numbness. The pillow fluffs right up after use to its original shape, no more 'flatbone' and 'misshapenbone'. I wish I had done this sooner. In addition to being great to sleep on, the patented filling helps a uniquely shaped pillow keep its shape and stay resiliant.

MyPillow A reluctant convert to MyPillow pillows

I was a bit skeptical of MyPillow ads, but I was really looking for alternatives to feather or polyester pillows. When I got mine and found it was filled with a bunch of foam chips, I was indignant, since I considered the filling cheap. But I turned into a convert when I discovered that the filling is adjustable just like a feather pillow (my favorite), but the pillow is easily washable, unlike a feather pillow. And unlike polyester pillows, mypillow returns to brand-new condition when washed as directed and dryer dried at hot temperature, unlike polyester pillows. (And you are not really supposed to wash feather pillows very often.)
At this point, we have 3 mypillows of different fill levels and love them. Something to remember is that, just like feather pillows, these pillows require daily fluffing, but that also makes them adjustable to whatever you need at night. Also, if you are not sure what fill level you want/need, buy the biggest, fullest pillow. It is easy to rip a part of a seam, remove some filling and stitch it up again. (The foam chips won't leak out easily, unlike the down from feather pillows.)

MyPillow The search has ended!

I have had 2 king-size My Pillow pillows now for over 3 years. I have lived with a chronic bad back since I was a kid, and have endured 5 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery. In the past, I have always preferred goose-down pillows. The problem with goose-down is that it loses support and you are forever adjusting them while trying to find that sweet spot of comfort. This is truly the reason I decided to try MyPillow. I will tell you that it took about a week to adjust to the change to MyPillow, but after those few days, I have never looked back. I LOVE my MyPillow and after 3 years (To use an old Cliche') I'd rather fight than switch.
One other thing... I, like Mr. Lindel, am an American of Traditional Patriotic Values. I truly believe that the Socialist Left is out to get him. I truly believe that most of the negative reviews on MyPillow are false reviews by people out to get him. Mr. Lindell is a self-made multimillionaire and a devout Christian. This man picked himself up to get out of the gutter and worked his butt off to obtain the success he enjoys today!

MyPillow Great product

We bought 2 mypillows in fall of 2020. Interestingly, they size they for you by your size - my husband weighs more than me so he got a different pillow then mine. They look exactly the same except for a color coded tag. This is a really good product. Its comfy and comes with a great return policy and warranty. I believe the warranty is 10 years. I would say Mike Lindell in completely credible. I say that because I see a lot of bad reviews that were written after he started supporting President Trump. Since when does a person's political choice have ANYTHING to do with you choice of bedding or any other product for that matter. We have bought 4 mypillows. My husband and I both have one, I bought one for my brother in law and we bought a small one for the couch or a long car ride. If you are looking for a good product that is affordable - this is it. When you are reading through the reviews check the dates - it seems he has gotten quite a few bad reviews since he started supporting Trump. I also bought his book at the same time - raw, honest and excellent. Come on people get real. Ps our cat LOVES the little one. I often see him hugging it. What more could you ask for.

MyPillow Best Pillow Ever!

I don't usually write reviews for anything I purchase, but this is the exception. At first I was hesitant to think that a pillow would make that much difference in my sleep comfort. I purchased two pillows one for me and one for my girlfriend, the first night sleeping on mypillow was amazing and also for my girlfriend. I've had a hard time figuring out on how a pillow could impact my life so significantly, it has changed my life forever, also my girlfriends life too. My girlfriends arms have gone numb while sleeping for years and she hasn't had that problem since using the mypillow, My neck pain has disappeared completely, I've suffered with neck pain for 30 plus years, I work nights and when I get home in the mourning I can't wait to puff up mypillow and get a great day of sleep, deep sleep.
I've told friends and family about my experiences with mypillow and some have also purchased pillows to, great success so far one of my friends wife has suffered from headaches while sleeping her whole life and since sleeping on mypillow she hasn't had a headache. These pillows may not be for everyone as I have read different reviews, but my experiences have all been 5 star with no complaints.

MyPillow My neck and shoulder pain completely went away

I've been waking up with extreme neck and shoulder pain for the past three years. I've exercised, changed my diet, stretched, done yoga. It was to the point that I was in so much pain I was irritable throughout the day and snapping at my loved ones. When I got the my pillow, after one night I noticed a significant difference. After the second night, my pain was completely gone. I had a hard time spending this much money on a pillow, but I'm telling you, as long as you get the appropriate filling level for what you desire, it's entirely worth it. Especially if you suffer from neck shoulder and back pain. I was amazed at the difference that I felt. Yes, this pillow is a little bit pricey, But if someone had told me that I had to spend $100 on a pillow to 100% get rid of my neck and back pain guaranteed, I'd jump on it. And I'm telling you, this pillow absolutely worked for me. I was amazed. One thing though, I purchased a medium level filling, and it was a bit soft. I'd say if you're looking for medium level firmness, go with the next level firmer. I probably could've handled a little bit firmer, but I'm going to stay with the medium because my pain is completely gone. If it's not broke don't fix it, right?

I have purchased over $1,000 worth of products from this site. All have been absolutely the highest quality of product. The sheets are almost always cold as well as the pillow cases. The pillows after years are never flat, both king size pillows and full body pillows. I don't remember how I ever slept before I found MyPillow a few years ago. Since my first purchase we have made many more including ones that such as the Bible Story pillows and pillow cases. I had one pillow tear in the washing machine and they replaced it the same week. I will go nowhere else until I die. My whole family loves this company!

We have tried the pillows, the Giza sheets, the mattress toppers, the slippers, and the slides and love them all. Have not tried the towels or coffee. Are all these products perfect? No, that's why I gave 4 stars, but it's hilarious that almost every rating here is 5 stars or 1. Hmmmmm.

My Pillow has the best quality product, and incredible customer service. There is no reason whatsoever for this company to have an F rating! I believe it is all political and the Better Business Bureau should be ashamed of itself and its reputation is worthless now. What is wrong with buy one get one free? I would find that generous and great customer service! They are made in America, what is wrong with that? The Better Business Bureau should tell the truth about why they are giving My Pillow an F rating, it is not because they offer a great product at a great price, it is because the company supports Donald Trump!

I have had neck and back surgery and a proper pillow is an essential part of life for me. I have purchased the new "2.0" my pillow. In a word GARBAGE. If you need a quality ergonomically correct pillow DO NOT PURCHASE this trash. There are actually many other pillows that can help you.

I ordered the Egyptian Cotton sheets and we love them. The order process was easy. The sheets arrived on time and customer service was very helpful in exchanging one set because we changed our mind on the color. The warranty is very important as we have had pilling issues with sheets from a big box store which refused to accept a return after 60 days. I originally ordered the sheets as a protest against the removal of My Pillow products from big box retailers, but now I tell everyone what a great product this great company offers. I even ordered Mike's book and it was a page turner. You have a customer for life. Lisa M

On December 29th, 2022 I ordered the My Coffee from this company. Delivery was set up through Fed-Ex to deliver to my *** home on January 6th, 2023. Apparently, *** lost the package, and tracking is just stuck in pending all of this time. My Pillow refuses to do anything to resolve this issue. They will not contact *** they will not refund me my money, and they will not even ship out a replacement package. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. When calling Fed-Ex, they refuse to file a claim stating the shipper needs to do this, which in turn My Pillow refuses.

False advertising. I have been trying to order twin size flannel sheets for months. Out of stock on every color. You can watch *** everyday hawking his sheets like they were in stock. Why doesn't he admit they have a supply problem. Very disappointed. Will buy my sheets elsewhere.

I don’t know anyone who understands this Better Business Bureau rating! Yes, the pillow at first might feel a little lumpy, but it really isn’t! When you sleep on it and you give it a chance, it is fabulous. It is the best pillow I’ve ever found and it’s the first time I’ve had good sleep in years! This is a good company, these pillows are made in the USA. They’ve gotten bad press because a lot of people don’t like former President Trump, a friend of Mike L’s. You shouldn’t make this a political issue—the pillows really work, they do exactly what they promise and that’s all you should go by when making a purchase!

Horrible. The worst pillow I have ever had. My neck actually hurts every day that I used them. They seriously go flat in thirty minutes. Yes, there are odd sponge things inside that you can reshape the pillow. I have to reshape them every hour that I wake up. They say money back quarantine, but you have to pay for shipping? Um? So you will be out ten bucks for nothing? They went to the quest room.

Their mattress topper slips down to end of bed ..never stays on your mattress, the elastic strips on sides are useless and don't hold mattress in place. It's too hard, does not give at all. Might as well sleep on floor. Return policy is unfair, how can you squeeze a huge topper back into the box to return?. Company does not want it back...they tell you to donate to charity...NO charity will accept it, so customers are screwed out of alot $ and left with crappy topper. False advertising all the way around. Do not buy!

These are the best pillows we have ever used! They took care of my neck issues immediately. Yes, they seem quite different when you take them out of the package, but they do not require any special care or "fluffing." We have four of the standard/queen pillows and I bought 10 travel pillows for Christmas gifts in 2020 and they were a real hit with our adult children and their spouses. Thank you Mike L for a great product and also for stepping up and being one of the first companies in the U.S. to convert one of your plants into one that now manufactures PPE for our healthcare workers during this Covid-19 pandemic. MyPillow I recently purchased the ladies moccasin slippers

I recently purchased the ladies moccasin slippers. I ordered the larger size than my shoes at home, as per recommended. They were too large. I called and got a pleasant rep right of way. Within minutes I had the emailed free return shipping label to exchange for smaller size. I asked if I had to wait until they received the large slippers and she said no. I received the correct size in 2 days with no problems. Also I purchased the firm My Pillow in 2016. I have washed and dried it numerous times and it bounces back like new. I love it. I don't understand why people complain of poor quality and smells. Perhaps the company has changed materials vendors?

I purchased my 1st MyPillow at a retail store a few years ago and subsequent pillows online from their website. I have tried many pillow types over the years. As a side and back sleeper, these are the best for me. Unlike most of them, I can wash and dry these and they still perform as expected. They do soften a little over time but still hold their shape for my needs. My first was a medium fill and later I switched to a softer fill. These MyPillows have drastically improved my sleep. Maybe not for everyone, but they are my choice in a pillow. As for the company, I ordered and received the orders in a reasonable time (ground shipping). I have no complaints.

We also have them at our Second Home in NM and am in the process of purchasing more for our 4 guest bedrooms. We will also purchase more for a cabin we also own! FIVE (5) STAR! And an added plus "MADE IN ***"..My husband received *** Lindells book "What Are The Odds"? I read it and couldn't put the book down. My husband is currently reading it! Fantastic Book! GO ***... FIVE (5) STAR!MY OPINION: I think these people that have rated these pillows lower than a FIVE STAR have not even purchased these pillows... GO ***!

We originally received 2 pillows as a gift and LOVED them. It really did improve our quality of sleep. I even have had bring it with me on my trips to insure better and more comfortable sleep. Later on we decided to look into purchasing some more pillows. After some time had passed, we noticed one of the pillows was not holding it's shape as long. I called the company and was amazed with how personable their customer representative was. They sent us replacements no questions asked. This is one of the nicest companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time. Based on our experience, we have every confidence that on future purchases, they will make sure we are satisfied.

My mother told me years ago how much she loved her My Pillow, but I never tried one until recently. I finally purchased 2. Then 2 more, then my 5th! Everyone in our house loves them. Im formerly a down pillow snob, but with sinus issues, I just couldnt get good sleep. Ive purchased roughly 15 pillows over the past 10 years and just could never find the right one. I find myself telling everyone when Im in gatherings about My Pillow cause Im just so excited to have finally reached the end of my pillow quest. Many people tell me they already own one and agree its their favorite. I purchased their towels but have to say I prefer Lands End towels. Im very thankful for My Pillow pillows and each time I called to order I got right through and what I received was exactly as ordered. Im a satisfied customer! :)

I cannot believe how politically rigged the BBB is. It's childlike. How dare you slander *** (and I know you'll block his name like you do, as well as the name of our country that his products are made in...like you do). You give him a rating of "F". That's right! You sent him from an "A" rating to FABULOUS! I'm not a fan of the pillow since I like a flat down pillow, but the sheets and towels are incredible! The sheets are so soft. You'll have hard timet getting *** in the am. The towels are so well made and truly absorbent (unlike the othe top names that just smear water over your body). Because BBB is so left and politically charged, you're willing to smear ML and his American made products...because you don't like what side of the political forum he stands on. Censorship or what? You should be ashamed.

MyPillow False Advertising and a very uncomfortable pillow!

False advertising in their commercials "as low as" saying sandal, slippers and slides are $29.98 introductory off Promo Mike660. Pillows were only good the first 2 weeks and after that they were the worst pillow I ever had. My feather down pillow was so much better. I have woken up with neck pain from the too flat pillow. I did like the small pillow for car trips, and bought one for each of my dogs. I found as a pet product it works good, but for people definitely do not recommend it.
Over the years I have had and tested many types of pillows and some I got from the VA which I have never seen them sold anywhere, like the pillow I have that is part fill and can be filled with water. Extremely unique pillow, or a pillow with a square donut shape with a hollow material center, my dogs favorite pillow because it holds them up in the air similar to a cot or hammock. Over the years I have been given by the VA many different pillows to try and bought many pillows. The only descent pillow I have been happy with is an old fashioned down pillow which I will get another one!
I definitely don't recommend my pillow especially after trying to buy a different product and found it was falsely advertised, which is against the law! Mike M. Apparently doesn't understand false advertising is illegal! He definitely doesn't understand the words "as low as" does not mean what he thinks it does! You can find this commercial on YouTube and if anyone does a class action lawsuit for it count me in! I called his customer service representatives today and they refused to give me the TV advertised price kf $29.98 for the slippers! So I told them I don't like people who intentionally falsely advertise and mislead the public! So I told them to me from their mailing list and texts! I Don't do business with liars!

MyPillow Flabbergasted

I am from Minnesota where My Pillow headquarters are located. I live in Oklahoma now, but being a "Minnesota girl" always, I so wanted to love My Pillow. I have watched the commercials so many times, fascinated by that darn pillow but being to cheap to actually purchase one. I finally couldn't help myself anymore and ordered 2 queen size pillows WITHOUT reading a single review which I always do before buying anything of substance. Plus, he's from my neck of the woods-must be ok right? Ever heard of "Minnesota nice?" Wrong wrong snd more wrong. Never been this wrong. After years of drooling over the commercials for those darn pillows snd feeling a little rich in my bank account, I finally gave in and ordered the "buy one get one" 2.0 pillow special. I was a little sticker shocked when I went online to order the pillows because one pillow was $89.98. I did the math and thought, "well actually they are really only $45 a piece right? Plus, they were offering me a free gift. (How lovely of them, right?) I decided to really splurge and pay $20 for the 2-5 day shipping.(Remember my "rich" bank account? Not all that rich. I lied.) On the (7th) day I was so excited to receive my pillows. Even though the box was a little too tiny to be holding two of the most wonderful pillows in the world, I was still hopeful. Until I opened the box that is. Stuffed into about the size of two quart bags, were my two pillows. For a girl who "typically" likes big, fluffy down pillows my stomach dropped snd I knew right then and there I had made a big mistake. No, HUGE mistake. After unwrapping them I was Flabbergasted at what I wad looking at. I had ordered 2 Queen pillow's with medium fill. The pillows were a bit smaller then a STANDARD pillow and looked to be full of a bunch of lumps. Bunch isn't the word I should use though. There was barely anything actually IN the pillow. Just a few, rather hard lumps. Must be a mistake right? Was there something I was missing? Then it dawned on me I had the famous "bait and switch" pulled on me by Mike. My fellow "nice" Minnesotan. Getting online and reading the reviews on this website, I found out that they were broken up, hard lumps, of some version of foam. But where was all those incredible fillings 'and stuff" Mike spoke about that he searched high and low for? I also read to put the pillows in the dryer. This did expand the lumps quite a bit. (Don't get excited just yet though. These weren't magic lumps). I put them on my bed. I laid down that night and I literally laughed out loud because my head sunk in and formed a round "dent". This wasn't just ny dent through. My sank all the way down to the bed while the two sides stuck way up. I thought Mike said they wouldn't flat Ever. All the umps though (all 6 of them) were spread between the two sides and my head was indeed somewhere between these two sides all the way down to the bed. There was zero support for my head so it was like I was laying flat on the bed with the two lumpy sides doing nothing for me. Who in the world likes to sleep on lumpy pillows? But in my case, I didn't even get the lumps. They were pushed over to the sides. I just laid there cursing myself for not reading the reviews first, mad at Mike. A pillow you used all through your childhood until you graduated High School might resemble this pillow, but your pillow would be loved. Not this one. I think that crack must of done something to Mikes head otherwise why would he be selling this joke of a pillow? He must be also be high to have the nerve to get on tv and sell these things. How are they even still in business is the big question. Everybody, let's get Mike. Seriously though, don't do it. Do not be ripped off because that is what this is. I don't even think they could sell these at Dollar Tree for $1. I so wanted to love these pillows but I am actually really insulted instead. It shocks me ( Yes, SHOCK me) that some (very few according to this website) people love these pillows. There is actually nothing inside the pillows to love except a few lumps. (They must be his circle of friends from his NA meetings I'm thinking). I guess some people like to sleep on lumps because there is literally nothing else in there. I would guess that the Large Fill pillows have a few extra lumps more than mine do probably. I am most definitely returning these pillows even if I end up getting only $10 backs.( Sounds like they screw you in the return process too). Finally, I looked for it and couldn't find my "gift". Turns out the gift only comes after mike screws you out of another $100 bucks. (The old bait and switch again.) Now every time one of his commercials comes on I will be getting mad. (G thanks Mike) He's a great salesman though, I gotta give him that. But the BBB still gives him an F rating. (Do you think it's the false advertising?)

I have bought 2 regular my pillows and 2 queen size my pillows over the past 2-3 years. I washed one of my regular pillows and a little hole formed in the pillow and leaked out stuffing while in the dryer. In short, the pillow could not withstand a wash and dryer cycle without beginning to fall apart. I hear your guy every night blasting on the *** that he backs up his pillows with a 10 year warranty. If so, why won't you correspond with me? I don't necessarily need or want a new pillow, but a patch or some kind of attention helping me fix the "Falling-Apart-My-Pillow" would prompt me to consider buying more My Pillow products. If you are going to ignore my correspondence a 5th, I will fill in the BBB and Attorney General about this misrepresentation.My Pillow comes back for the first time with: We are happy to assist you with this. I called to place a order regarding the tv ad saying you buy one item, you will receive another one free. I placed a order for Item a King *** Pillow - Green and a 6 piece towel Set - Ocean Blue. I wanted to order *** King size sheets but I was already over $90.00 and couldn't afford more. When I asked about getting the free items the customer service rep said NO due to I was ordering a cheaper pillow and no other offers were available. I was shocked as that is not what the tv add says. I waited to open the box when it came and just opened it this week hoping the other items were in the box and they were not. this is false advertisement. I have told friends/family how great the pillows are for years and supported the company to find this out. I am very disappointed. I have called several times to talk to *** the owner to no avail. Very disappointed.

On 11/27/2021, I ordered two pair of MySlippers. One was a size 9 men's, and the other wad a size 7 women's. My size 9 slippers were extremely small, as I am normally a size 9.Due to the extreme price of these slippers, $189.96, I was upset they didn't fit. I tried numerous times, over several days to make contact with their customer service to make an exchange and do things the right way. However, I was unsuccessful reaching their customer service, because they never answered their phones. After numerous failed attempts, I disputed the charge for my pair of slippers (not both slippers) with my credit card company. Truth is, both pair of slippers were too small, but my wife wanted to keep hers. That is why I only disputed mine.Today, I recieved a letter from MyPillow demanding payment for these slippers or they threatened to take legal action. I emailed the company explaining how they were too small, numerous failed attempts to make contact with customer service month ago. Today, they offered to take back the slippers. I threw them away after I ordered ANOTHER pair, two sizes up, that fit. I explained I wasn't keeping those slippers because I don't have the space to keep them collecting dust, until they were ready to contact me. They served me no purpose. Now they want them back or payment after all this time. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful today and rude. As a consumer, I have the right to returns or exchanges in a timely manner. Again, they never answered their phones when I called. This entire incident falls on them. False/inaccurate sizing and lack of customer service is why I disputed the charge. This company has no business sending threatening letters to me 6 months later. I had NO choice but to take the action I took. I can send you the email exchange I had today with their loss prevention.

I purchased a mattress from this company. After 6 months it began to break down. I have a warranty and I contacted them however they have not responded. MyPillow Customer Service

Had trouble when placing my order online at the Mypillow.com website.

When I clicked on the "Place Order" button the page blinked but nothing changed - no warning that something was wrong with the inputted information or anything. But my credit card provider emailed me that the charge had incurred on my card. No confirmation email was sent from Mypillow.

Concerned, I contacted customer service on the phone. The customer service woman was surprisingly rude and nasty. Her implication was that I was the one who did something wrong, where clearly there was a problem with the check-out page. I calmly ended the call.

Even though my CC company emailed a notification of the charge - after a time I saw that it didn't actually go through. So, I went back to the shopping cart where my item was still there and simply deleted it. And I won't ever try to buy from them again.

Desired outcome: To never shop there again.

MyPillow Men’s slippers

10-16-23 purchased my husband’s slippers just before Christmas last year. Side & back of soul pulling away from leather. Same thing happened to my women’s slippers, but company replaced mine.

Poorly made product & inferior materials.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing them.

We’re snowbirds & he has only worn them 6 months. Slippers are for inside house only.

MyPillow "custom fitting" advertised, but not available

Watching "Rudy Giuliani's Common Sense" casts he advertises heavily for MyPillow & the "My" marketplace. Repeatedly referring to a "team" that helped custom fit his pillow & accessories. No where is this offered to the non-connected/rich. If it's necessary for them why is it not available? If not required or even offered why advertise it?

MyPillow Men’s slippers

I bought my husband a pair of slippers for Christmas last year . We ‘re very disappointed with them. That have never been worn out of the house. They have totally cracked and fell apart around the top of the soul of one shoes and now the other shoe is cracking! He really liked the shoes until this happened. I would like for the shoes to be replaced free of charge. We have purchased sheet sets, travel pillows and towel sets in the past and was very pleased with them but we are VERY disappointed with these! We would like to have this matter resolved as SOON AS POSSIBLE! I also have pictures if you need them!

MyPillow Buy one get one free

I ordered off the my pillow website, but evidently amazon intervened "according to My Pillow consumer office" so not only did I not receive 2 for the price, but terribly disappointed in "supposedly a Christian organization" but when I complained about it, I was told it wasn't My Pillow but Amazon...way to pass the buck Mike! Honestly the only reason I even ordered it was to support this so called Christian company. Lessons learned! Never again!

MyPillow Junk pillows

Ordered 2 of the original pillows. They are rock hard, too tall and useless. Now we have them in our guest room. Guests don't overstay!

Plus we got a free "gift" - a narcissistic book with hologram pictures of the owner. I didn't even bother unwrapping the book - just tossed it in the trash.

Lindell is supposed to be such a Christian...hope he reads what befalls the proud and arrogant!

BEWARE! It's no wonder his business has crashed and us burning!

MyPillow My Slipper My Pillow

I missed the part on the close-out sale that all sales are final or I would have never ordered these slippers.

I order 2 pair one for me and one for my wife.

We order the size we wear on every other shoe made.

When they arrived mine were so tight they hurt my feet even though the size label says they are my size.

My wife's were very loose on her feet and rub on her and were annoying to were.

I suspect My Pillow was aware of these being sized wrong when they put them on close-out.

I contacted My Pillow and we told basically tough Luck fellow you are stuck with them now.

I was then given Mike's personal email address and told he was the only one in the company who could allow me to get the correct size or a refund.

The reply to the email was No they are on sale no refund no exchange.

I say they knew they were sized wrong from the start.

If you can not order - try them on - and see if they fit I would suggest you stay away from this company no matter how good the price looks.

MyPillow My pillow mattress topper

I have purchased many My PIllow products, pillows, pillow cases, towels, and bed toppers. The most recent purchase was made approximately 6 months ago and I contacted customer service via their chat line today, 6/4/23. The topper has developed two body indentations on each side of the topper, one on my husband's side and one on my side. After getting the third degree by the representative about how many times I rotated the topper and when did I first notice the indentations, as well as how long I had been sleeping on the topper in this condition, I was told a replacement was authorized and was provided with a RMA. The representative then instructed me to donate the topper and provide them a hard copy or photo copy of the donation receipt with specific documentation saying "My Pillow Topper" had been donated. I have previously done this for defective My PIllow bed toppers but our local donation centers have cracked down on accepting bedding materials and no longer accept them. Besides, why would I want to give someone else a topper that is defective that I no longer want to sleep on? I was then told to search on Google for donation sites that would accept it. I'm sorry, but I don't have time to spend searching Google for something like this. The next option given to me was to take the topper to a recycling center and provide the same proof of donation with the same specific documentation. Hey folks, I live in a rural area and I am not running the road to find recycling centers. I informed the representative about this and went on to explain that I am disabled and now a Do Not Resuscitate and have more important things to do with whatever time I have left than to find somewhere to recycle/donate this item. I told the person to cancel my replacement order because I wasn't going to jump through such hoops to acquire a replacement. It's not like I just wanted to get a second one free so I could have two! My husband and I are sleeping in two deep gully-like indentations which make it extremely difficult to change position. I decided to call customer service and actually speak with someone. I explained what had just transpired via the chat feature and the woman listened politely but told me that was the replacement process and they couldn't change it. She gave me another option which was to return the topper to MyPIllow, at my expense which is also part of their return process. This rep said I could donate it to an animal shelter or something like that and said that some donation/non-profit organizations will come and pick up items. Well, not in my area they won't. I cannot even get appliance repairs because the companies say it is too far to drive, so I really doubt non-profits are going to use precious gas to pick up a bed topper. I am very disappointed at the extreme requirements to get a replacement for a defective product that isn't cheap. If MyPIllow doesn't want my business anymore, then so be it. I cannot fathom why the customer is forced to jump through such hoops. Why on earth does MyPillow want less fortunate people to use a defective product? I would never consider buying a "used" bed topper or even getting one from a non-profit. How do you make sure the items don't have bed bugs or worse?

Desired outcome: I would like my bed topper replaced due to the defective wearing of the original one without all the "only ifs" or conditions.

MyPillow MyPillow.com Review: Biggest Ripoff Ever!

So, I decided to order a couple of things from MyPillow.com, as I saw some ads and read some stuff about the pillows and how amazing they are. I mean, they're supposed to be the best pillow ever, right? So, I got myself a queen pillow, with some extra stuffing, 'cause I like my pillows firm, and a pair of slippers.

Let me tell you, I was NOT impressed when I received my order. First of all, the tiny box the stuff came in made me think they had only shipped the slippers, but oh no - the pillow was also in there. And the pillow - awful. I mean, it looked like it was made for a small child or something, barely half stuffed. And this was supposed to be a pillow that originally cost over $140?! What a ripoff!

But wait, there's more - the slippers. Talk about overpriced! I could have gotten a similar pair at a regular store for, like, twenty bucks. And to top it all off, I can't even send them back 'cause shipping would cost me more than the damn things are worth!

So, I figured I'd wash the pillow, see if maybe it just needed fluffing up or something. And it did perk up a bit - but as soon as I put any weight on it, it went completely flat. My head was basically lying directly on my mattress. I was so disappointed. The box it came in probably would have provided the same amount of support as this garbage pillow.

Long story short, I'm never gonna order anything from My Pillow again. I feel like I got scammed and I'm pretty ticked off about it. I mean, It's not just about the money, it's the principle of the thing!

MyPillow MyPillow Review: Disappointing BOGO Deal & Poor Customer Service

So I gotta tell ya, I was pretty excited to try out MyPillow, especially when I saw they had a BOGO deal. But boy was I disappointed when I realized the math just wasn't adding up!

First of all, you gotta buy two pillows at $69.98, PLUS pay for shipping. But THEN, if you enter a promo code, you can get the SAME pillow for just $29.98, but still gotta pay for shipping. Like, what kind of nonsense is that?

When I tried to reach out to customer service, they didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. And when I told them I felt like it was a rip off, they actually tried to tell me it wasn't! Can you believe that?

Honestly, I just wish they would have been more upfront about the pricing and maybe even offered some better deals. I mean, who doesn't love a good pillow?

But all in all, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed in MyPillow. I just hope they can do better in the future and maybe even make things right with their customers. And of course, if they could send me my other pillow, that would be great too!

MyPillow Inconsistent MyPillow Experience: A Review of Good and Bad Pillows

Me and my man had a real nice experience when we got our first MyPillow. It felt real good on our necks and we were both into it. You know what I mean, don't you? So, when we got our second home, I decided to order another set of MyPillows. But let me tell you, this time around it was real bad. Mine especially. It wasn't even labeled right. So, in true form, I gets on the phone and lets them know what up. The lady on the other end did say sorry and promsied to get another one out to me. But it never arrived. I couldn't just take it no more, I was tired of waking up with a stiff as a bored neck, you know what I mean? So, I calls back and was informed that I ordered the wrong kinda pillow. They told me that I had to send them back on my dime and they would send me the right ones...finally! When I got em, I did just what they said, fluffed them up in the dryer per the instuctions. But let me tell you I didn't get no good result outta it. I slept on them and my neck was just as bad as it was with them bad ones I got before. It was so uncomfortable all night long that it was a real bummer. But when I get back to my original home and sleep on our first ones, they are real good just like before. They give us the support we need and are a lot softer. Now, when I think about it, I wouldn't really recommend these to nobody, you never know what you're gonna get. They just aren't consistent.

People like Mike are giving away everything they have and supporting Trump's frivolous lawsuits and new planes. You can't say the guy is humble, right?

It's no wonder he's bragging about Putin, a leader known for his power play, because Trump wants to be just like him. Trump lost the election fair and square, and by spreading fake news and lies about his victory, he is only deceiving his supporters.

Moreover, the truth is that the former president was involved in fraudulent business practices. His role in the attack on the Capitol can't be ignored by adoring fans like Mike. Many of his top officials have testified against him, and his reputation has been severely damaged. If Mike doesn't open his eyes to the truth, he will regret it on judgment day.

In conclusion, while I'm pleased with MyPillow, I urge people like Mike to turn their backs on politicians who only want to use their support as a tool for their own advantage. We need to follow the example of Jesus Christ, who advocated for love, empathy, and compassion, not self-promotion. Let's keep our faith alive and pray for a better future for our country. To my surprise, they had me hold on to the original pillows and sent me a new pair in the hope that they would work better for me. Unfortunately, they didn't. I sent both pairs back in early December and emailed Customer Service to let them know. And that's where things got complicated.

I was bounced around from one customer service rep to another, trying to get an update on my refund. Finally, today, I was told that they received both pairs back on 1/26/2022 and my refund would be processed today. However, they deducted the shipping costs from the refund, which I didn't find fair.

I understand mistakes can happen and delays can occur, but the unhelpful and inefficient customer service made me question the quality of the company. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that some of their products are actually manufactured overseas, despite their claims of being a made in the USA brand.

Overall, my experience with MyPillow left much to be desired. While I appreciate the story behind the company, the lack of transparency and poor customer service left me feeling unsatisfied as a customer.

MyPillow Horrible Experience with MyPillow: Late Delivery, Wrong Address & Poor Customer Service - Do Not Recommend

So I gotta share my experience with ya'll about MyPillow. I was all excited to order some sheets and slippers from them. I mean, I heard so much about their comfy pillows, so I figured their other stuff must be pretty good too, right? Well, let me tell ya, I was dead wrong.

First off, it took a whole week to even get my stuff, which is kind of ridiculous if you ask me. And to make matters worse, it got delivered to the wrong address! I had to contact FedEx and then MyPillow's so-called "customer service" to try and sort it out. And let me tell you, that was a whole ordeal on its own. I was on hold for like 40 minutes, listening to some janky elevator music, just waiting for someone to pick up.

Finally, I got through to someone at MyPillow and they told me that I had to wait 24 hours before they could do anything about it. Like what kind of sense does that even make? I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, but they wouldn't do it until I waited this arbitrary amount of time. And then, when I finally did call back after 24 hours, they told me that they couldn't refund me until after they re-shipped the order. Which, by the way, they said had to have a signature on delivery. Like, do they not understand that I work and won't be home to sign for this thing that I don't even want anymore?

And to top it all off, they didn't even have the color slippers I originally ordered, so I couldn't even get what I wanted in the end. I'm seriously so upset and frustrated with this whole experience. I will NEVER go back to MyPillow again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either. Why bother with all this hassle when you can just shop on Amazon or at HomeGoods? Save yourself the headache.

MyPillow MyPillow Review: A Disappointing Experience for a Right Wing Christian - Not Worth the Money

I ain't gonna lie, but MyPillow ain't all it's cracked up to be. Now, I ain't trying to make this review political or anything, but let me just say that I am a right wing Christian and even I can see that this pillow ain't worth the money.

I decided to give MyPillow a try and splurged on the firmest one they had. Let me tell you, it was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The pillow was so lumpy and uncomfortable that I could hardly fit it into a pillowcase. I mean, sure the external cotton covering looks high quality, but what really matters is what's on the inside and let me tell you, it ain't great.

I tried to stick it out for six months, thinking that maybe it just needed to be broken in or something. Plus, I spent over $30 on it, so I had a bit of a sunken cost fallacy going on in my head. But in the end, I couldn't take it anymore and replaced it with a firm memory foam pillow from Amazon. And let me tell you, my sleep has improved a lot since then.

I use my Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 to track my sleep score and with the MyPillow, I was scoring in the 30's most nights. That's just sad. With a regular $10 pillow from Bed Bath & Beyond, my score was in the 60's. But with my new memory foam pillow, I'm scoring in the 80's. Now, I don't want to be a shill for any brand or anything, but let's just say that MyPillow ain't worth the hype.

I mean, don't get me wrong. The external cotton covering looks nice and all, but when it comes down to it, the pillow is just shredded foam thrown into a cotton covering. So, in my humble opinion, you should definitely avoid MyPillow and go for something else. Trust me, your neck and back will thank you for it.

MyPillow Disappointed with My Pillow Sheets and Towels: A Review

I gotta tell ya, My Pillow pillows are rad! My hubby bought a ton of them and he is totally digging them. And let's talk about those commercials, am I right? They make those sheets and towels look absolutely sick. So, we decided to give them a go and bought 2 sets of king size sheets, 2 sets of extra pillow cases, and 4 towel sets. The total bill came out to $511.28 - yikes!

But, when they finally arrived, we were bummed to find out that the sheets weren't as great as we thought they would be. We've bought better quality sheets from Belk at a lower price point. Plus, get this, the My Pillow sheets only have a thread count of 450 - which they didn't even mention in the commercials! For the money we shelled out, we were expecting a higher thread count, ya dig?

The towels were okay but we've totally copped better quality ones from Costco for cheaper.

We were pumped to return the stuff and even called ahead to get the merch return number. To our surprise, the operator wanted to exchange the products instead (can't knock the hustle, I suppose). But, we were just not feeling it, man. We wanted a refund. Turns out, if you want to return the products, you gotta pay postage on both ends, which will run ya $9.98 each way. What a bummer! We ended up spending almost $20 to return this average stuff.

Overall, we were super bummed about the quality of the My Pillow sheets and towels, especially after forking over a bunch of money. And don't forget about the return process - it's a total buzzkill. Save yourself the hassle and check out other options.

MyPillow Avoid MyPillow: Terrible Pillows and Customer Service

These MyPillow pillows are straight up terrible. I mean, seriously, they are so bad that even calling them bad is an understatement. And to make things even worse, their customer service is completely jacked up.

So, like any other person would, my partner and I ordered these pillows. They came super fast, but when we opened them up, they were just these weak little bags filled with shredded foam that didn't do anything besides crumple up as soon as we touched them. Needless to say, we weren't very impressed. So we sent an email to MyPillow saying we wanted to return them and that we were cancelling the contract, which is totally within our rights according to those Consumer Contract Regulations (whatever those are exactly).

My partner even made sure to tell them that we wanted a full refund, including the original postage cost. We had to pay for shipping the pillows back ourselves, mind you. But anyway, MyPillow said okay, no problem, and apologized for the pillows being trash. They told us we'd be getting a refund of 66 pounds and 95 pence.

Then, a few days later, we got a refund, but it was only for 59.95. What the heck? My partner said something to them about it, but it's been three weeks now and we still haven't heard back from them. So basically, we're out seven pounds and who-knows-how-many pennies.

My advice to you is to avoid these garbage pillows like the plague. And even if you do end up buying them for some reason, don't expect to get all your money back because it seems like MyPillow doesn't really care about following the law or treating their customers right.
