Cettire Great buys.no peoblems

Not sure why others report so many issues...I have ordered many expensive items and beenm happy. I only had one problemduring height of Covid where a refund took 4 weeks...the onkly other negative is no phone number. But they have awesome prices.Granted their website descriptions leave out alot.

Cettire Very satisfied returning customer!

I'm surprised to hear of the bad reviews actually.
I can't fault them I have been purchasing from Cettire for approx 3 years! I have bought a lots of items. The items have been perfect, fast shipping & fast refunds. Good communication. Well packaged. I'm sorry other people have not had a good shopping experience!

Cettire Correct and fast

I ordered a Jacquemus bag 658$ but cettire couldn't proceed with my order and they notified me with an email. I was very afraid about the refund while reading the reviews but money came back faster that I was thinking (within 2 days in my case). CETTIRE was very correct and now I'm feeling bad about my mistrust.

Cettire Great experiences!

I have had great luck ordering from Cettire. I ordered 6 Rick Owens pieces, a few Margiela pieces, and i always got a confirmation, shipping updates, DHL updates, and the items arrived as i expected them to. Sorry to hear a lot of people had $#*!ty experiences. I've been using them and real real for almost 8 months now. I can't complain. Knock on wood.

Cettire Never had a problem with them only DHL

I have ordered several times from this site. I have been very pleased with the products and the delivery and quality of the items purchased. The only problem I've ever experience is with the DHL the shipping company that they use to deliver their products to the United States. I have made several purchases from the site and it's been a pleasant experience.

Cettire First time happy customer and I was so scared after I bought when I read the reviews

I bought from cettire last week for the?
I bought from cettire last week for the first time Feraggamo sandals and then I read the reviews and I got so scared!
1. Firstly I sent an email to customer service to see if they answer back, and they did like in a few hours very politely answering all my questions!
2. Then the email came with tracking numbers from DHL ( whist is the most expensive and trustworthy) and the shipping country Milan Italy so I started to feel more relieved.
3. The package came today and thank god the sandals were not fake, perfect condition with protective sticker on the Feraggamo metal.
Honestly I was not in the mood to write but I feel the reviews are either not fair or they have changed.

Cettire Not sure why the reviews are so bad?

I wanted to buy this top on cettire for really long but reconsidered over and over cos I kept seeing low ratings for the website, and thought it was scam. But the top I wanted was sold out everywhere else on the Internet so I took the benefit of the doubt and ordered. It arrived really quickly (within 4 days, well packaged and original piece with the security tag on even. So I'm guessing the bad reviews are for returns or lost mail? But its DHL tracked so I guess quite hard to get lost also. I don't need to return my item so I guess my review is only helpful if you plan to buy and keep the item lol. But decided to write this cos it took me a long time to decide if I should buy from cettire and hope this helps. I don't quite understands why different sizes are a different price tho. Like an XS costs $80 more than and S? Makes no sense to me but good that I'm buying it cheaper than elsewhere

Cettire Do not use this company at any costs!

Trust the bad reviews as they are most likely the “accurate” ones...

It has become clear that cettire place a high number "fake reviews" on their site to try and dilute the high number of bad reviews they receive from their customers...Please scroll down on this site and you will see a repeating "pattern"...As each time they receive a "real" negative review, they then add several "fake reviews" to make it look like they have lots of satisfied customers...This is a "common ploy" with some online retailers to dilute the bad reviews and make them seem "sporadic"

I ordered a bottega belt and when it arrived it was not in the correct packaging & clearly scratched & mottled on the metal with no original packaging!

They send you "fake" unpackaged products...& (at best) they are 2nd hand / faulty items?

They have little or no customer service other than automated repsonses asking you to return the goods (at you own expense) & then keep your money and do not refund you as other customers on sitejabber & other sites will testify...Do not be fooled by cheaper prices as they are cheap for a reason!

How they are still in business operating in such manner is nothing short of incredible?

Stay well clear...!

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COSTS!

Cettire Terrible!!

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected or a fake. How does a Michael Kors bag only last a few days?

I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly! Avoid!

Recommendation: Do not buy!!

Terrible Service- BEWARE OF BUYING FROM CETTIRE!

I returned some items to Cettire and they received them. However, I still haven't received a refund for these items. I have proof from DHL that they received the returns. Every time I try to contact customer service, they give me the same response "Items are under review." These items were returned exactly how I received them. They now have the items and are making it difficult for me to get a refund to my credit card account. I will have to contact my credit card company and file a complaint. This is a really bad business practice! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from Cettire. Not only is the customer service terrible, but when you return the item(s), they keep the items and won't refund your money! In my opinion and from my experience, they are thieves!

I am really disappointed with the service I received from Cettire. I thought I was buying from a reputable company, but it turns out that they are not trustworthy at all. I have never experienced such bad customer service before. It's really frustrating when you return an item and don't get your money back. I feel like I have been scammed by Cettire.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Cettire to think twice. You might end up losing your money and not getting the item you paid for. It's really not worth the risk. There are plenty of other online stores that offer better service and are more reliable. Don't make the same mistake I did.

In conclusion, I would say that Cettire is a terrible company to deal with. Their customer service is appalling and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you want to avoid any hassle and disappointment, stay away from Cettire.

Cettire Cettire Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Accusations

So, I had a bit of a problem with Cettire. I ordered a pair of jeans that ended up being too big and didn't match my shirt. They were in an Italy size, which I didn't realize at the time. I tried to return them via email and even sent pictures of the jeans with all of the tags, buttons, and bar codes still attached. But, they refused to give me a refund.

I was pretty upset about this, especially since I had spent over $500 on their website. I even had proof that the jeans were in perfect condition and hadn't been tampered with. But, they lied to my credit card company and said that I had scratched up the jeans and switched out the tags and security tag. That's a huge lie! Why would I do that just to return an item?

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Cettire. They're a bunch of frauds who don't care about their customers. Even if they were giving away items for free, I wouldn't take them. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer.

Cettire Disappointing Experience with Cettire: Sizing Guide Inaccurate, Poor Customer Service, and No Returns Accepted

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with Cettire. I was really excited to get this shirt I ordered from them, but when it arrived, it was way too big. I used their sizing guide to figure out what size to get, but it was off by a whole 5 inches in the chest! I was pretty upset about it, but I didn't want to pay their $25 return fee since it was their mistake. So I reached out to their customer service, but they didn't get back to me for a while. When they finally did, they said they had sent me emails but I never got them. I tried to return the shirt, but they said it was outside of their 14 day return period and they wouldn't accept it. I even tried to appeal, but they still wouldn't budge. It's really frustrating to spend $325 on a shirt I can't even wear! And since they're not based in the US, there's not much I can do about it. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping with them. It's just not worth the hassle or expense.

Cettire Terrible Experience with Cettire: Damaged Boots and No Refund

Wow, what a terrible experience I had with Cettire! I honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I ordered some really expensive winter boots while I was overseas, but then I found the same boots in the country I was visiting. So, I asked my son to send the boots back to Cettire as soon as they arrived.

When I contacted Cettire three weeks later to check on the status of my refund, they told me that they had received a damaged pair of boots from me! I was shocked because I knew that the boots were in perfect condition when my son sent them back. They claimed that they found some wrinkles and scratches on the leather, but I know for a fact that their package was not even opened before it was sent back.

It's really frustrating that Cettire doesn't bother to check the condition of the items they send to their clients, but they're quick to reject them when they're returned for a refund. They just refer to their refund policy, which states that items must be new and unused.

Honestly, I will never order anything from Cettire again. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer.

Cettire Cettire Review: Designer Luxury Goods at Discounted Prices - My Experience

I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant to order from Cettire at first. I mean, there are some pretty bad reviews out there. But, I decided to take a chance and boy, am I glad I did! Let me tell you, it was like hitting the jackpot.

I stumbled upon an article in the New York Times that talked about Cettire and other sites like it. Apparently, they sell designer luxury goods at super discounted prices. Now, I'm not gonna lie, sometimes there's no dustbag or box included, but the article never said anything about them selling fake stuff.

So, I took a deep breath and ordered a pair of Golden Goose sneakers the night before Black Friday. I was a bit nervous, I won't lie. I mean, the deal was just too good to be true. But, I figured, what the heck, let's give it a shot.

And, let me tell you, I was not disappointed. I received my sneakers just 5 days later. And, let me tell you, they were the real deal. They came in a Golden Goose shoebox, complete with an authentication card and QR code. Plus, they were brand spanking new, with the do-not-remove band still attached.

I was so impressed with my purchase that I had to share it with the world. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal on designer goods? And, let me tell you, Cettire definitely delivers.

So, if you're on the fence about ordering from Cettire, take it from me, it's worth the gamble. Just make sure to read the reviews and do your research before making a purchase. But, if you're lucky like me, you'll be one happy camper with some seriously stylish new kicks.

Cettire Cettire Review: Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees for Mistakes

So, I ordered a bag from Cettire in one colour, but they sent me the bag in another colour. I was pretty annoyed about it, especially since their website says they don't do exchanges, only refunds on returned goods, and they charge a fee for that. I tried to explain to them twice that they had made a mistake and sent me the wrong colour, and I even sent them links to my order to prove it. I told them I expected a full refund since the error was theirs. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, they admitted in an email that they had made a mistake and asked if I wanted an exchange, even though their FAQs say they don't offer exchanges. I didn't want to risk them messing up my order again, so I declined the exchange.

It took three weeks, but I finally got my refund. However, they deducted about AUD$32 from the refund! I know it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the thing. It's ridiculous that they would charge a handling fee just because they couldn't get a simple order right. Their customer service was terrible, and their attitude was even worse. I would definitely recommend avoiding Cettire at all costs.

So, I bought these Burberry striped booties from Cettire a few weeks ago. They looked great on the website, but when I got them, I noticed that they were slightly different in color from each other. It was like I was wearing two different boots! I decided to return them, but that's when the trouble started.

Cettire's return policy is pretty strict - you have to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, and there's a $25 fee deducted from your refund. I tried to create a return receipt on their website, but it crashed. I even tried emailing them, but my emails bounced back. I was getting pretty frustrated, but I figured I'd just try again later.

A few days later, I was finally able to access their site again. I tried to create a return receipt, but I got a message saying that it was too late - they anticipated that the item wouldn't be received within the narrow return window. Cettire Cettire Review: Scored Veja Sneakers for a Steal!

Yo, so I was checking out Cettire for some Veja sneakers and I gotta say, the price was fire. Like, seriously, it was a hundred bucks cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I know some people were talking smack about this site, but I did my research and decided to take a chance. My credit card company has my back, so I wasn't too worried about getting scammed.

Anyway, I placed my order and BAM, within a day I got a notification that my kicks were on their way. And then, just five days later, they showed up at my door. The packaging was legit, like they really took care to make sure everything was secure and safe. And when I opened up the box, the shoes were in pristine condition. Like, they had never even been laced up before. I tried them on and they fit perfectly, just like I expected.

Overall, I'm stoked with my purchase and I would definitely consider using Cettire again in the future. Don't believe all the haters, y'all. Sometimes you gotta take a chance and it pays off.

Cettire Beware of Cettire: Burberry Purse Arrived Without Strap & Poor Customer Service

I bought a Burberry purse from Cettire last December, and I was feeling pretty good about it since I'm a loyal customer. But then, the worst thing happened - the purse arrived without the strap! I was so upset and sent them a bunch of emails, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten a clear answer. They told me that the only option was to return the purse, which means they're not taking responsibility for their mistake. And of course, it's going to take even more time to get my money back since they're not responding to my emails at all. It's so frustrating because the purse cost almost $1000! I haven't even used it yet because I can't take off the tag. I'm going to try to get in touch with their country's trade office to see if they can help me out. Honestly, I would recommend staying away from Cettire if you can. It's just not worth the headache.

Update: When I asked them if they could give me a discount on a Burberry strap that they're selling, they only gave me a $20 voucher. That's so insulting! I'm definitely not going to shop with them again.

Cettire Terrible Customer Service from Cettire: Faulty Dolce and Gabbana Trainers Not Replaced or Refunded

So, I bought a pair of Dolce and Gabbana Trainers from Cettire on February 27th, 2023 for a whopping ?400. They arrived on March 1st, and I've had them for about three weeks now. However, I had to contact customer service on March 14th because the glue that holds the trainer to the sole had failed, causing the sole to come away from the shoe on both trainers. I even sent them photos and videos to back up my claim.

Unfortunately, the response I received from Cettire's customer service was terrible. They suggested that I take the trainers to be repaired externally at an additional cost, or contact Dolce and Gabbana directly. They even accused me of causing the damage myself, rather than acknowledging that it was a genuine fault with the product. It's like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for the faulty item, instead of offering an exchange or refund.

To make matters worse, it seems like they didn't even read my emails properly. One agent even tried to assure me that they don't sell fake items, even though I never suggested that the trainers were fake. It's frustrating that I had to get Klarna involved, who I made the purchase with, to provide all the evidence to support my claim.

I'm extremely disappointed with Cettire's customer service, and I plan to share my experience on every social media and review site I can find. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to their shady practices. I mean, who would expect a pair of ?50 trainers to fail after just two wears in two weeks, let alone a pair of designer trainers that cost ?400? It's unacceptable.

Cettire Online purchase

Hello, I purchased a jacquemus bag on the 11th of November with order number 2847176. Today is the 21st of November and no information on the status of my order, my order is yet to be shipped. I have sent them numerous emails and raised inquiries on their website but no response.

I just want my order delivered to me as this is already beyond their delivery time frame of 3-7 business days.

Cettire My item is still not shipped

Hello! I need some assistance with my order since I have already emailed and called customer service and no one responded.

I have ordered items at Cettire before, and every time the order would be sent on the next day. However, this time 4 days passed, yet my items still haven't been shipped. I already emailed customer service several times, but no one responded. Based on the reviews, I guess the bag I ordered is out of stock. If so, please refund and cancel my Afterpay. Else, please ship my item as soon as possible. Thank you for your time!

Cettire Refund

Hello

Its been two week since Cettire received my item and I am still waiting on a refund. They have said its still been examined which makes no sense. Its a pair of shoes that were tried on once on carpet and sent back immediately as they did not work. I have read so many bad reviews which I wish I read before I ever ordered with them. You also cannot call them and I am afraid they are not going to refund my order which was 900 pounds.

Cettire Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Cettire: Incorrect Sizing and Unhelpful Support

I had a pretty bad experience with Cettire recently. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised with a US size, but when they arrived, they were actually a UK size. This was really frustrating because the shoes were too big for me and I couldn't wear them. To make matters worse, Cettire had cut off the euro size from the box, so I couldn't even double-check the sizing myself.

When I contacted customer service about the issue, they were not very helpful. They seemed to think that it was my fault for not knowing that different designers have different sizing standards. Cettire Disappointing Service from Cettire: Order Issues and Lack of Communication

I just wanted to share my experience with Cettire. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with their service. I've been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, but they just don't seem to respond to my emails. It's frustrating because I placed an order with them and they took my money, but now they're refusing to process it because of some verification issue. Cettire Terrible Experience with Cettire: No Refund, No Response, and No Customer Care

I had a really bad experience with Cettire. I ordered an item from them and they told me it was out of stock. I was really disappointed and asked for a refund. But they never responded to my emails. I was really frustrated and angry. I felt like they were scamming me. I tried to contact them again and again, but they never replied. It was like they didn't care about me or my order.

I did some research and found out that many other people had the same experience. They also didn't get their items or their money back. It was really worrying. I didn't know what to do. I felt like I had been ripped off.

I still haven't received my refund. It's been weeks since I asked for it. I don't know if I'll ever get it. I'm really disappointed with Cettire. They don't have a contact number, so I can't even call them to ask what's going on. It's really frustrating.

I would never recommend Cettire to anyone. They are complete scumbags. Don't buy from this website! They will just take your money and run. It's not worth the risk. There are plenty of other websites out there that are more reliable and trustworthy.

Cettire Terrible Service and Sizing Issues: My Experience with Cettire

I bought these pants from Cettire and they were a good price. But when they arrived, they were way too big for me. I mean, you'd need to be like 6 feet tall to wear them! So I decided to return them. But if you're in the US, don't even bother trying to return anything to Cettire. It took over a month for my package to get to their warehouse in Italy. And now it's been two weeks since they received my package and still no refund! When I ask about it, they just keep saying they're still checking. It's really frustrating and I don't recommend using this website. Their service is terrible!

Cettire is a website that I recently stumbled upon while browsing through Lyst and Farfetch. At first glance, I was impressed by the discounted prices that they were offering on their products. However, my experience with Cettire quickly turned sour.

I attempted to make a purchase on their website a total of five times, using two different credit cards. Each time, my order was rejected. I was certain that there was nothing wrong with my cards, so I began to suspect that Cettire was intentionally denying my orders.

Cettire Unreliable Returns: My Experience with Cettire

I've bought stuff from Cettire a few times and it's been alright. But the last time I got my order, it wasn't what I wanted. I tried to make a return label online, but it didn't work. I had to talk to customer service and it took them a while to send me a return label. By the time I got it, it was too late. They said I missed their 14 day return window. I sent the item back anyway, but then they said it was too late. I was pretty mad about it. Luckily, I paid with my Amex card and they helped me get my money back. It took forever though, like two months. I had to show them all kinds of proof. I'm not gonna shop with Cettire anymore. I don't think you should either.

Cettire Disappointing Experience with Cettire: No Response, No Beanie, No Refund

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Cettire. I ordered a Jacquemus Turn Up Brim Logo Embroidered Beanie back in November, and I still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I haven't gotten any response at all. I mean, come on, I just want to know what's going on with my order!

To make matters worse, the money was taken out of my account right after I placed the order, so I'm out almost 150 bucks with nothing to show for it. I even asked for a refund if the beanie wasn't available, but still no response. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Honestly, it's been impossible to communicate with customer service. I've tried calling, emailing, and even messaging them on social media, but nothing seems to work. It's like they're purposely avoiding me or something. I mean, I get that things can get busy during the holiday season, but this is just ridiculous.

I've even talked to consumer affairs and my lawyer about this whole situation. It's just completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend trusting or buying from this site at all. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Cettire Cettire Review: Unreliable Retailer with Poor Customer Service and Refund Process

Cettire is a website that I thought was a great place to shop at first. But when I had an issue with my order, I found out that their customer service is not very helpful. Cettire Cettire Review: Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees

Man, I really wish I had read some of these reviews before I went ahead and ordered from Cettire. I mean, I put in my order and not even a full day later I was already trying to cancel it. But guess what? They didn't even respond to me for THREE WHOLE DAYS. And that's not even the worst part. When they finally did get back to me, they had the nerve to tell me that I was gonna have to pay a $25 cancellation fee. Like, what the heck? I had already emailed them in plenty of time to cancel my order, but they just didn't bother to get back to me until it was too late. And if they end up shipping your order anyway, even after you've tried to cancel it, you're still gonna have to pay for return shipping. It's just a total mess. I'm never buying from Cettire again, and I'm gonna make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from them too.

I bought expensive shoes on Cettire, they sent me tge wrong size. I immediately returned them following all the instructions. Cettire received tge shoes, accepted them but never refunded my money! They refunded $25 instead of $777! It's been 3 months of emails, and they just don't refund my money! Don't buy anything there!
