I received my router on the 17 July 2025 since then it has been giving me challenges. Then I went to the multichoice near me on 23 July. When they check it they find out that the box is under my name and the router inside is under someone else from Limpompo. What worries me the most is that I have to pay on the 7th while I haven't used it . So for now I don't need it. Can you please cancel the contract as soon as possible. Thats my first e-mail customer servive. Now its almost 9 weeks I don't have excess to my TV they told me that my account is under fraud investigation.
I don't watch TV now and when I send an email to customer service they say they haven't received the response from MTN. So what must I do really.
