MultiChoice Africa / DSTVprice lock package billing


At the beginning of Oktober is saw that mylti choice deducted R2700 from my account with debit order. I phoned on tbe 03/10 and the person at customer service said that they would elevate my request and some will phone me back. On the 10/10 I phoned customer servic again just to be told there is no news yet and that they will elevate it again. Its nou the 15th of oktober and no one have phoned me back yet. I realy tried to explain to the people at customer service that i could not afford that amount to be deducted out ofy acount. But it seems that multi choice do not care about things like that...
