I made 3 payment on my Capitec App, two payment the reference number are not the same as the other one. I was disconnected on Saturday the 09 August i phoned and sent POP and they reconnected me. Today am disconnected again, had to explain the same story but Ntokozo said to me i used the wrong reference number i must go to bank and asked them to reverse the payment though its same account number.
I cannot watch TV because of wrong reference number but same account.

Claimed loss: one day

Desired outcome: To be reconnected because i pain into their multichoice account number.
