If it isn't the the staff yelling across the floor one from end of the store to the other like some bazaar, then today it was the lack of staff on tills. For a shop of this size, how is it even comprehensible to have only 2 tills open?! When I eventually got to the counter with a long line of other customers behind me also waiting to be served, I asked the lady behind the counter who appeared to be some supervisor how only 2 tills could be open at 14h30 and the answer I got was, "one till keeps shutting down and the rest of the staff are on the floor"...!! Isn't your customers time also important that you report the faulty till and pull staff off the floor to assist with purchases and payment?!
