Morrisons review: Damage to car by staff employee

Leaving shop car park, trolley boy, with so many trolleys pushing out of control hit my car and scratched all down drivers side of car, the trolley boy said I was out fault, and started getting very lippy and offensive aggressive, if it was not for my family in the car I would have knocked this guy out, manager came out take photos and get the true version of account of events.

Now trying to get hold of Morrisons insurance dept is totally impossible,
