Purchased a 100% leather living room set in May 2011. The product is sold as the Athena collection. I bought a leather chair, love seat and a sofa. I also purchased a warranty for the leather from the Guardsman Co. Sofa color is dark brown. Problem - the color is flaking and peeling off of two upper back cushions. Mor Furniture says they don't repair or replace furniture and I should, "go to Home Depot and buy a leather toner to color it". They want me to paint my sofa. Then I contact Guardsman and they refuse the claim saying they, " don't warranty peeling leather". I have a useless 5 year warranty. The furniture is made in China by Superb Creations, Inc. The woman at Mor suggested I could call them by getting their phone number off of the website. Such piss poor service. I am consulting my attorney today. Quality 100% leather does not have the color peel off like a poor paint job.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought what they claimed to be 100% leather sofas. We have had them for just over a year now and they are peeling. The warranty I bought is useless because it doesn't cover peeling. Has anyone had any of their issues resolved with mor furniture?
customer service horrible treat you like a fool.productes ar very cheap BRAKE VERY EASY they make money on you on repairing the furniture. have bought 3 diffrent furniture sets in one year all broke and warrenty suck.VERY VERY BAD SERVICE mean dilivery people and poor cusomer service
We are having a similar problem with their warranty company (Guardian). They won't fix my torn sofa saying that it is not deep enough to consider it an incidental tear and they say it is within 1/2' of the seam. Nonsense since the policy stats they will fix ANY tear then proceed to tell you all the reasons they won't fix it. All is All last time I checked. Going to go to Mor and complain about their warranty service they offer. Not to mention that the leather sofa we bout is wrinkling more than normal and we are now seeing color fading in certain areas of our dark brown furniture. - unhappy customer in AZ
