I have to wait for more than 45 min to reach a customer service. Many calls and waiting. Solution many times not satisfactory I think only one reason, I called to join as a new customer. So there is no way I can do feed back about the person handling. So they give whatever answer they want. Still 3 days I cant able to join. Now, I have to stay with tracfone. Just for the simple reason online always failed in the last step of payment and the number I bring to metro wont work. Only option I have to call to connect or stay with tracfone.
