Promo LTE sim card deactivated irreversibly my Globe mobile line
2 weeks ago I received 2 legitimate texts from Globe that I can exchange my existing sim card with a free LTE sim card. I verified the text to be true at Glorieta 1st flr near Mercury Drug. After assuring that my Samsung Galaxy 4 was compatible, my sim was replaced and afterwards I discovered that the sim was draining the battery and turning on and off my mobile. I returned it at the nearest Globe station at Glorieta 2nd flr near Powerbooks, but unfortunately the same issue happened AND WORST, THEY SAID THAT MY ORIGINAL NON LTE SIM WAS DEACTIVATED AND THAT THEY DONT HAVE A SOLUTION FOR MY MOBILE TO WORK AGAIN LIKE BEFORE AS THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE NON LTE ANYMORE. I'm now left with no mobile phone for calls and text. How can Globe do that to their clients. To those who have experience the same ( 14 same issue with our company had file the same complaint ) kindly express your sentiments here.
