My old phone had a problem. I was given a new phone free. I received 3 emails from Metro what to do. I was not successful. I was further advised to visit a store . Of which I did but was not able to achieve objective , I have been locked out for 72 hours. I use my phone to monitor my medication. Help to activate my new phone with my same number please.
