Dear Meijer's people in-charge
After purchasing these boots this past Christmas, the right heel back has totally split down along the heel about 2" continuing along about where the thicker heel meets the thinner area. Up until this point, I was fairly happy with these boots. After reading the other reviews, I find that this might be more of a problem for these boots with other people. Sorry, wish I could say more positive. I did not keep a copy of the sales slip, as I don't regularly keep sales slips, but now wished I did. I would be very happy to receive a voucher for a new pair of boots at Meijers as I shop there regularly. I pasted a copy of a pic I took of the boot down below. Thank you for your concern.
