I purchased one of the products I saw advertised on tv for one product only.
The next month I received antother unit which I didn't order. I contacted customer service and I was informed that this was a membership which I never saw wehn I orderedthe product. It must be some fine print which no one looks at.
I informed the gentleman to cancel my membership and give me an confirmation number for a reference. He informeedd me that they dint give out any at which time I knew that this was a scam.
And then I continued to receive products which I didn't approve.
I contacted them by registered mail and never received any kind of respons. I informed them to send me shipping labels to retrun th products and again no response,
So now i'm gong to send a letter to the texas attorney generals office to let them investigate the fraud of the companies policies and read all the other complaints from unsatisfied customers.
Desired outcome: take back the products which wasn't authorized and cancel the invoice.
