I purchased a sample from something I saw online. The next month I received a shipment. I was unaware by ordering the sample I agreed to a subscription. I sent the shipment back and requested a cancellation in September. I did not receive a refund, and they continued to bill me $91.74 for October for which I did not receive products and now again in November for the same amount. They make it difficult for you to get through to customer service. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes.
