Order
This company needs to be shut down.
Ordered product prepaid 88.00 each time. Tried to cancel service 7 times through customer service and letters. Was told each time they would take care of it. Received bill for $298.00, how can I be billed for something that I already prepaid for before it shipped. 3 times I received the product, 3 times I prepaid. When I stopped my card so I wouldn't get charged again as customer service wasn't doing their job I got billed for something they didn't even ship. Now I am sent to collections. I will not pay this. I already filed with the bbb and attorney General. This company is a scam. They should be ashamed and that Cindy Crowford should feel guilty and ashamed to have her brand name being used by this Horrible company.
The meaningful beauty products
Hi my name is Rose Murphy and I had canceled my subscription last year and you all is still taking money out of my account I want you to put my money back in my account and really cancel my subscription please and thank you or I would get my attorney involved if it's not returned. My subscription I had canceled was sometimes in November or December of last year. It says that I can cancel anytime and that's what I did and you're still taking money from my account that's not cool I would appreciate it back.thank you
Beauty bundle for christmas gift
I want the product bundle I ordered at 10:39am on December 23, 2022 with a Confirmation Number of: DWMTA026149C. (See Attached)
It was a Christmas Gift that never arrived and then I stayed on the phone with the call center at [protected] for 36 minutes (See Attached) kindly waiting - to only to be hung up on when I finally made it to a "supervisor" - who said, "let me take your order" - click.
Desired outcome: I want what I ordered which no longer listed on the website - (See Attached)
5 piece 90 day mb7 mt2a3374
I did not order this. I sent it back and told them to refund my payments and stop sending me bills for things that I did not receive. They keep sending bills and threatening to ruin my credit rating. I received a "PAST DUE NOTICE" dated 12/02/2002 for $57.27 customer number 7250759 order number [protected], signed by Kim Cochran. It appears that this a rip off of Cindy Crawford. Their address is Box 2017 Harlan Iowa while CC is in California. Like many other complaints I bit on an "introductory offer" that now is a constant number of shipments that I never ordered. I am elderly and honest and expect these companies to be honest also. Unfortunately they prey on the elderly and cause us stress that we do not want. I never want to deal with or hear about Meaningful Beauty again.
Desired outcome: Stop harassing and threatening to ruin my credit rating. Stop sending things that I do not order or want. Refund my payments for things that I returned, according to your published guarantee.
Misleading
Ordered the products. Woke up and the tv was on. Thought sure I could actually afford this. No where on the commercial did it say they were smaller size. Go online, pay, get an email that small at the bottom talks about club benefits. Turns out by buying what I thought was the actual stuff all I did was sign myself up for a club so I could buy more.
What’s worse is the website doesn’t even really explain the “club”. It says one time payment of 200 and some dollars or 3 payments of 49. Something just doesn’t add up. I will be canceling.
Desired outcome: I would like to see clarity in advertising. I will be seeking a refund as well.
My refund
After 3 attempts getting me my products finally after I called and gave my address finding out the first 2 shipments were sent to someone else because the person who took my info. spoke and understood very little English. I based my understanding of how things were supposed to go and cost on the commercial that stated I would get all the products advertized for only 49.00 and if I wasnt happy I could return the products and get a refund. Well I was sent a bill for 108.00 two weeks after I got my shipment. Somehow others got my creditcard info. And attempted to charge my card for their own oeoducts. I had to close that account and start a new one. which saved me from gour company charging the unauthorised 108.00 to my account. I paid 13.00 to return the products for my refund as your commercial guarantees me Ive waited three months for my refund and wonder if your company is going to honor their guarantee or what? would appreciate a response asap as I have been very patient with your company and the commercial that contradicts the bill I got saying I owe 108.00 ore than the 49.00 it mire than assures me I get all the products I got for only 49.00. Are u going to keep my 49.00 after I sent back the products dealt with having to fight false charges starting bew account and paying 13.00 to send back the products. Id really like to get a response. My email is [protected]@gmail.com my phone number is [protected] address is 21205 se 286th Pl. Sp#8 Kent Wa 98042. Truly Antonett Stewart
Desired outcome: Refund
Have not received my order and unable to contact anyone
I have been a customer for several years now, and have auto ship on my orders. Supposedly they have a label created for my latest shipment on October 24, but the postal service has never received the package. When I go online to connect with Customer Service, the chat is no available, and the only number to call is getting a reorder (fast beep). I don't know if they are having issues, or have gone out of business, but I have been charged for an order that is going nowhere.
Desired outcome: I would love to hear from someone and see what is going on, and either get me the products I have ordered, or issue me a refund.
SAME! what is going on with these clowns?
Age recovery night cream
Well I'm finally able to purchase meaningful beauty facial set I got the age recovery night cream that anti-aged day cream the lifting eye cream the skin softener cleanser in the youth activating melon serum altogether over 60 bucks well the night cream it's not even full of the cream it's half empty and I just opened the product and half of it's already gone the cleansing skin softener that's not all the way full it's about 3/4 of the way which is kind of ridiculous I can't open the youth activating melon serum but my guess is it's probably not even full all the way the other two seem to be okay can't tell and like I said I'm just now able to afford it and been wanting to try it for years and very disappointed I have pictures of the night cream you can't really tell with the cleanser so I didn't take any pictures of that looking down in the bottle you can't tell with the picture please I beg of you fix this problem again I can barely afford to buy it but I've been wanting to try it and now I'm getting half empty product
Desired outcome: In the outcome I would like to see is maybe a partial refund and some more product something
Unauthorized billing
I bought the intro kit and unknowingly subscribed. When I was charged for the next shipment, I cancelled the subscription. After two payments of $108, now I get a bill for $213! Customer service said I won’t be receiving more products and still owe the $213. $430 for one shipment of sample sizes and one more shipment? They are not honest in the advertisements about how much the product costs. This company traps you. I like the products don’t get me wrong but had I known how much this was going to cost me I’d have passed on it. I have no choice but to pay it so much credit won’t be affected.
Desired outcome: I’d like this extra bill resolved or to send back whatever unopened products I have.
Trial Lotions
A most disreputable company... Cindy Crawford should be class-action sued ... I ordered a trial of several lotions for approx. $60. The next thing I know, my credit card is charged an additional $80.88 and a "membership" package is being sent, which I NEVER AUTHORIZED. It took me TWO MONTHS to get that amount credited back. They first wanted me to PAY to return it. Then when it got the merchandise back, the company deducted $20 for the return label! A helpful customer service rep finally credited that amount back, but I had to stress over the situation for weeks on end. In brief, Meaningful Beauty (what a joke for a name) earned interest on MY MONEY while pretending I ordered a membership of these useless products. The best thing about them is the packaging, which is basically what you pay for because you get very little of some very questionable lotions. Avoid this company at all costs (and I mean COSTS)!
Thank you for an honest review of these products. I was going to order it just b/c Cindy Crawford was recommending it and the reviews seemed honest. But something also told me to check out some consumer reviews, and boy, am I glad I did. The things that happened to you are atrocious, and for a consumer to be misled by this company is unconscionable.
Again, thank you for your review.
Sincerely,
Sandra Austin
Customer Service eternal hold pattern
Hung up after 45 minutes several times and I was within open hours at different times. The products may deliver but customer service does not. As I was ordering on July 13th I kept getting duplicate screens and when I thought I completed the transaction I was prompted for 20% off of 5 piece kit but I bought the 7 piece one so never saw an end to the transaction. Of course I ended up with 2 transactions and need to cancel the smaller one. Have not received both packages yet. Is there not an email address to request a cancellation or any other attention to our accounts? What about returns, how is that done? Why don't you take call backs in the order in which they are received? Is there only one call center and 800 #? I wonder if your center has been affected by Covid drop off and is just not staffed appropriately for your daily calls. If so, I am sorry but there should be some other alternate assistance for your customers.
Desired outcome: I'd like a callback [protected] or [protected]@aol.com. This waiting and waiting on the phone is horrible. I'd like to cancel any future mailings for the smaller package and I will return for refund when received.
Scam
Originally opted to buy the starter kit as a Mothers day gift. Paid by Visa and received the kit. My wife decided she was not interested and we called and tried to cancel. The whole time MB tried to sell us more products and we declined. Eventually we were told out account was cancelled. The following month we received a package from MB again and I called MB stating we had cancelled the product and since we were billed, wanted a refund. We were told to return the package and a refund would be issued. Didn't happen. I took the existing package to UPS, sent it back at a cost of $13 dollars plus and no refund. Having called several times, given the run around several times I took matters into my own hands. I contacted my card company and filed a fraud complaint... They refunded two payments, issued a new card (it seems MB will keep taking your money). Shouldn't be so hard to deal with MB. Buyer beware, you will regret dealing with this company... I will file a complaint with the BBB!
I am trying to get my money back also. I tried the product, then was informed I had signed up for a subscription, meaning an order arriving every few weeks for which I was to pay. I don't sign up for subscriptions and told them to cancel my order. The guy on the phone argued and argued. I am in limbo here not knowing where to turn. Of course, I stupidly used a credit card. Now I am really concerned.
starter kit
I received a starter kit back in March of this year and experienced an allergic reaction. I called to report incident to customer service and cancelled my future order. I now have as of today 4/19/2022 noticed a charge in my bank account for a new shipment. I would like for my back to be reimbursed for the charge today alone with the charge back in March
Desired outcome: I would like my account to be returned to the amount that was charged on 4/18/2022 as well as the charge back in March
Skin care
I bought this product one time in February 2022 to give a try, I never signed up for a subscription or anything like that. The next month in March my card was charged again so I called them and spoke with a Justin on March 10th he told me that the company automatically signs you up for a subscription but he would refund me and cancel it. Never got a refund from them I had to file a claim for a dispute. However the next month in April they charged my card again after telling me it was canceled. This is a scam company stay away from them.
No one mentioned a "membership" when I bought product samples. They charged my credit card twice for $80.88 after my sample payment. I've now been told I have to wait weeks for reimbursement. On top of that, the actual product amount is minuscule. The customer is basically paying for fancy jars and gimmicky delivery systems. For shame, Cindy Crawford, to be associated with such a greedy, immoral company.

charged for product i sent back
i ordered meaningful beauty back in the spring, a month later was charged again unaware i would be sent another automatically, i called customer service to cancel membership and talked with a guy named Sam, he told me they would return my
money and that another shipment had been shipped out and when i received it to take it to the post office and have them return it and in good faith i did and have the receipt from the post office and a month later started getting. liked for 200.00 was never told i owed any money and now they have sent me to a collection agency and now they have doubled it to 400.00. i would have never agreed to get automatic shipments ever, this is the worse mess i have ever been in and will never again, i'm a senior citizen and that is half of my social security check
Desired outcome: not to be contacted and harassed by this company anymore
Meaningful Beauty

7 pieces system
I placed my first order in June 2020. After receiving the product I used lifting eye cream and had terrible side effect, such as swollen eyes. Had to go to the doctor and receive very expensive treatment for inflammation and cysts in my eyes. I had treatment for 6 month and still experiencing issues with my eyes.
On September 14, Meaningful Beauty charged me money and sent me one more package which was refused and sent back because of the issues and irritations developed. Since than they keep sending me the bill for not received product. I am planing to contact my lawer and file lawsuit against the company with all proof and pictures.
Desired outcome: Refund of all payments made to the company, plus medical treatments

unauthorized charges
I chatted with their customer service in October 2021 and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They told me they would and that I would not have any more charges. I received another charge today. I called customer service and they said my account was still active and that they could not cancel my subscription until I received the next shipment. That is a terrible solution I have been charged over 300.00 that I did not want. When I received the last box and called in they did not tell me I could return for a full refund. I still have the unopened box. I want my account cancelled and charges refunded.
Desired outcome: account cancalled and refund
Being charged more than the original price advertising on TV
When I ordered, it was an introductory shipment for $53.95.
It turns out this same charge will repeat for 2 more months!
I would never have ordered, knowing that.
I can't afford to be charged again. I'm on a very low and set income.
Wasn't made aware when I ordered that there would be additional charges!
Fraud advertising!
Desired outcome: No more charges to be made to my credit card
