have continued to send pop-ups about getting a subscription when I purchased one in November 19, 2022 of $161.05 screwing with my computer and making it useless! Grrrrr HELP! someone

My renewal is due in two weeks. The price I have been given is £49.99 for a year,

When I go on line I can buy the same for a lot less.

Could you please explain this to me as I feel as an existing customer why i should pay more.

There are no other circumstances that are necessary for this complaint

10 May 2023 I subscribed and the payment was successful. However due to personal reasons when I want to cancel it the website is giving me problems. I ended my membership on 12 May 2023 and I want a refund. They say I am not entitled to a self refund however when signing up it says you can get refund within 30 day The numbers provided are invalid.

The company charged £95 for the subscription for which warning or confirmation mail was sent to me. They charged me without prior warning.

Why has my renewal cost increased from $119.00 to $162.36?

My bank showed a charge from McAfee today 6/4/2023 for $162.23. Expected renewal cost should have been $119.00.

This irritable concept has been applied for a couple of months; possible the app

was attached to some downloaded software.

No matter what I do with my computer, your popups still get through. It's very annoying and interfering with my work! I get at least 12 an hour for every hour that it's on! That's 144.

I Think McAfee created antivirus protection devices they made a virus that pin to the app that anyone might download,I called them; And they want me to pay for their antivirus services,So their app won't block my webpage or website. I think it is a crime or illegal for. Them to do so!?

McAfee automatically renewed my subscription that I did not want them to do. I requested cancelation and refund and was told I would not get any portion of a refund. Bad business! 8/24/2023

I suddenly got pop up with Macffe name. It then same up when I ran a regular scan. One part read they found 1200 registry errors along with many other items. I have paid for a contract some time ago. Now they want more money to look at this. I have 4 case numbers. One reads resolved. Nothing has been done.

You can't turn off the irritating and repeated notifications Mcafee makes. I have contacted the company and they admit this is a problem for customers, they gave me a service number, but nothing has been resolved and no further contact from us has been forthcoming. I wouldn't use their service simply because of this most annoying defect.

They suggest my account is 200+ days overdue.

It's been over two months I keep on receiving McAfee notices on my computer and it's very difficult to get rid of this attack, this attack is so annoying that nothing could be done unless I allow it to appear on my screen and then try to remove, this company is pathetic to say the least
