I phoned customer service today as you had taken a payment out of my bank account today, which I thought was strange as I cancelled the antivirus twice back in 2009/2010.
After checking previous years statements it showed you have carried on charging me even though I cancelled TWICE! Once online and once on the phone. The lady I spoke to today said there was no record of my cancellation. That's quite convenient isn't it? You have taken my money out of my bank WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for 8 years! I will be taking this further if I do not get a refund! Your staff are also very rude!
mcafee has said my website is not valid. which is untrue and causing me unfair problems

Apparently, opening a Service Request does not mean that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. I currently have NO protection; however, I do repeatedly get boxes popping up requesting I pay for upgrade as it states that my current protection is free.
IT IS NOT FREE I PAID FOR IT- I Have friends and coworkers who would never consider putting McAfee on their computers as the company's practices leaves a lot to be desired. I got another application (the free one requesting I buy again) because I updated Java and did not look for the "sneaky" little box that I had to uncheck rather than check. People don't like being conned, nor do they want a program they cannot remove. I have tried for two weeks to remove your program.
I bought McAfee two years now, but I doubt I will ever use it again. I suggest you show this e-mail to your top executive so he or she can change their business practices It surely does not endear MacAfee to anyone!

I made a payment on the 5th Dec 2017 of £22.31, i have emailed Mcafee previously (1 week ago) that i have spent hours & hours of waisted time trying to install with no response from Mcafee, my computer does not allow it to install, now i have tried to log in to my account & the Mcafee website does not recognize my email address. I am not satisfied with the service & demand a refund - my name is Simon Warner & i paid by debit card ending 0026 & would like this money refunding. - The card is registered to the post code below in the UK (i am English), but the laptop & me are in Thailand in 6 months vacation.
cashback on livesafe subscription

I have just rang uk customer services about my £40 cashback on renewing my livesafe subscription to be told the 14 day offer was finished. I was not aware of this limit and to the best of my knowledge have not received any emails to point this out. Customer services have offered an extension to my subscription but i was relying on the cashback as my working week has been reduced to three days.
Something has gone wrong here, please can you look into it.

unauthorized payment
Mcafee have taken £89.99 out of my account and I did not authorise this. Apparently I clicked auto renewal, which I didn't. I had a free trial with my laptop and clearly they just pre selected the automatic renewal. I don't use mcAfee and I didn't when I had the free trial a year ago.
I've emailed them multiple times and can't get hold of someone. I want this refunded as I am now in my overdraft.
They have taken this payment through paypal and paypal won't refund it.

On the 30th October 2017, the sum of £89.99 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. This "auto renewal" was not authorized and was not turned on in my preferences for my account. The withdrawn amount has put my account into debt. Your customer service department is sorting out a refund: Case Number: [protected]. I wish to state that the collection of funds is illegal and that any interest made on the sum of £89.99, over the five days you hold onto my money must be paid to me immediately. This is an unethical company to I wish to close my account after this matter is resolved.

I recently tried to renew my subscription with McAfee. I live at a new address and my cards are all tied to my new address. I entered my new address at the McAfee site along with my card information and I got back that they could not confirm my new address, so I tried their chat service after waiting past the time they said it would take. I called customer support. Customer support said they entered my new address, but when I tried I got the same message I was then told to enter my card information over the phone, I did and they then hung up on me and I still can't renew my service. Their customer service is a bad joke and they have proven that they can care less about their customers needs. Do not waste your time or money with them.

I paid the anti virus program fee twice last year and I would like to have one of the payments to be refunded. When I received a notice from McAfee in April 2017, I unsubscribe automatic renewal but I got charged again today. I was speaking to one of the supervisors (name removed) at McAfee and it came to realization that I paid twice for the same product last year but the supervisor refused to give me a refund since the last year is already closed. I should not be charged for the same product twice. It doesn't matter whether your year is closed or not. You can make an adjustment and this adjustment is immaterial which has almost no impact to your financial statements in this fiscal year ($69.99 CAD). I would like to speak to someone in charge to have one of the payments that I made for the last year to be refunded. I'm not refusing to pay for the service but I'm refusing to pay for the same service twice.

My True Key was constantly signing out each time I exited any website instead of staying on for 7 days per my profile. This is the second time this happened in the short time I have had the service. I got a tech outside the US on 8/10/17 and he said I had to delete and install and I would lose all the info. I did that and he said I would get a confirming memo in a half hour to reinstall. I never got it. I called back on 8/11/17 and had the same runaround and he said he would have to escalate the problem, but no one was available until 8/13/17. Obviously, a lot of people are having problems.

Trying to install product key for McAfee Livesafe. We purchsed 3 x 1 year product keys, each for 5 users. 2 were istalled in January.

Yesterday, I bought a 2 yr subscription, believing it to cost your special offer price of under 60 pounds .. you then charged me nearly 90 pounds. I feel cheated and will never buy from you again, unless I get a refund. I presume this has happened because I pressed the wrong buttons, but I'm disgusted and offended and feel cheated!
If the only other option is that you cancel my subscription and refund my money, then that would also be an acceptible solution

I purchased a new computer from PCworld together with Mcafee Livesafe.
I took it straight to my office and tried to activate my Livesafe with the activation code.
I got a message telling me there was an error and one of Mcafee chat guys said he would get somebody to call me.
I few minutes later a guy called and told me my computer had been hacked but he could fix it for £160.
He got very angry because i said i did not want to pay another amount when i had already bought your protection.
This can not be the correct way that your company operates.

I have repeated several time on the time I want my scan done. they do it at the times I am playing games, which makes them stop working ! my time is set for 4am, central time, every other week. this does not work, please fix the problem, very annoying ! Seems to me McAfee does not want to hear complaints, I see many people trying to get a response from McAfee.
McAfee is supposed to do there job by scanning my websites, but they need not do it any time they feel like it 1 I have set my time & day, clicked agree, but, nothing has been done, this company needs to get there heads together & apply what the customer wants. If this does not help my issue, I will call the toll free complaint office, this is very upsetting. what part of do not scan my pc until I set the time for don't they get>? do they like annoying customers? this must stop!

My McAfee anti-virus has over powered my E-mail Google it won't let me send or reply or unsubscribe from anything and i am sick to death of it, i tried everything to correct it but still nothing and since i bought the program why do i have pay more money to have this crap fixed, I have found out most of these groups won't listen to me i know your crapass computers won't either !

After purchasing a years sub to this company in 2014 I decided not to review in 2015. Two reasons, they promised a $50 cash back if you purchased a years sub, (still waiting to receive that one) and I had to pay $200 to get my computer cleaned of viruses while I was being protected by their security. All was fine for 2015, never heard from them again but at the end of 2016 I noticed they had helped themselves to a further years sub without my permission. The bank credited the payment back to me but macaffee has sent so much paperwork disputing the transaction, they claim I made that I can't understand it all. It will be easier to let them have their $100. I guess this is how they make their money. A very unethical company and one I would reccommend avoiding at all costs!

After 11 months of a paid subscription to McAfee Antivirus I got the Zeus virus! I asked for help because it wiped my hard drive clean.. They said not their fault, that they could not catch all viruses and told me I would have to take it somewhere for repair out of my pocket! And they wouldnt refund what I paid them to protect my computer... they had the nerve to say they protected me for 11 months of my 12 month subscription!

I have mcafee antivirus plus installed on my laptop, but since 1 month my computer as virus and not able to use it,
When I run the macfee scan virus is not getting deducted, and I had many number of calls but the issue is not fixed by the company, and the customer support is connecting my call to premium desk, why should I pay the money for the service when I have the validity period for my product?
When I had fight with agent he said I will arrange call back but since evening i'm waiting for call back which was not made by your company.
I wanted to go to the consumer court because my system showing your computer is at risk
When I have installed the mcafee why is that virus is entering in to my system.
I will escalate this to higher level and I will seriously take an auction again the company.
I have 4g network connection which has no issue with it. , because of your mcafee product my system got screwed
