We applied for a business bank account for our web portal. it was on the 19th of July 2023. Application number is NZ20072556 we received several emails and calls and replied to each. submitted all required info. we called almost every day to check about progress in application and every time they said in progress, 2 teams already approved and last team working on it. to be noted, one call takes about 1 hour as there is long waiting periods. plus the calling charges...

Last week we received a call from Mr Sambhu D called and said he is glad to inform that our account opening application is approved and will be opened the same week.

Today morning I called to raise a complaint for not receiving the account yet.

And now I receive a message that application was declined. My emails are blocked now. And when I'm calling my number is automatically disconnected.

Nobody informs you that its rejected and they just block you! super unprofessional team. waste of time to await for an account since more than 2 months. Our company cannot operate without a bank account and we have stayed without income for 2 months because of a group of time wasters.
