Makro Online review: Service at Centurion branch

Waiting for a 4K refund since 11th of December 2025 for an online purchase that was cancelled. Phoned the online 086 number just to be told to check my statements if it's not refunded. Duh that's why I am phoning.
Visited the branch in Centurion to follow up. Ooh my such a bad experience. Its seems like you are in Makro's back yard. No one does the effort to even greet you when entering. If I did not ask someone to please assist. Think I would still be standing there. So still waiting for the refund.
