Makro has failed to deliver my parcels as arranged for today, 09 July 2026. Courier Guy refused to deliver my parcels to my home. He instructed me to come to town to collect them, complaining about the work load that he's got many parcels to deliver so he won't be able to service me because I'm in the village. I have been failed by Makro in terms of service delivery. I have waited the whole day for my parcels to be delivered and tomorrow I have other commitments.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my parcels today because tomorrow I;ve got other commitments. Today wa specifically scheduled for me to get my parcels.
