On the 27th of March I had purchased an air fryer online and when I realised I didn't change the address I had sent an email and they could not assist with this as I was told they don't do change of address so opted for a refund then I will place an order again but since to this date I'm told that they are awaiting for a supplier to respond with this matter and I didn't buy from a supplier but from Makro online but their sense of agency in matter is not there and nothing is happening regarding my refund,how long must I really wait for my refund to be processed from their side.
Claimed loss: A whole month of worst customer service and my money
Desired outcome: I just want my refund and I think going forward I should continue buying in store unlike online as their customer service is the worst I've experienced ever since I started buying online
