I bought a 50" Skyworth TV from Makro Strubens Valley 25/09/2021, 5 months later the TV shuts off and has lines appearing!

I logged a call to report this to Makro Strubens Valley Reference: 2204481 of which the lady who wasted my time asking so many questions and advised me that it will take 2-5 business days for the technicians to come out and assess the TV.

Two Weeks later without any response from Makro I had reached out on Facebook only to be told that the 50" cannot be booked for a technician to come out and that I must now take this to store to log the call?

Makro has incompetent staff who clearly don't know what they doing and give wrong information which has really wasted my time, no after sales etiquette and all that they are capable of is apologising but cannot resolve the issue.

Come and fetch your TV and reimburse my money or provide me with a new TV.

You have no ethics when it comes to returns in terms of the CPA.

Desired outcome: Exchange or Refund ASAP!
