Macy's review: non payment of commission

I was hired (FT) in Mens' suits and shoes (commissioned area) in May of 2010. Upon being hired I was informed that the sales position would pay hourly plus commission. Well after a few weeks of not being paid commission I confronted the store manager who told me some bs about being $500 in deficit. I immediately checked my associate statement which reflected I was only $10.80 in deficit. Well, i called corporate and went thru all the prospective channels to no avail. After 3 months of being mistreated on top of not being paid commission, I quit. It never ceases to amaze me how large companies get away with stuff like this.
