Their billing system has been screwed up for at least 15 years now. My online account doesn't work and when I call in, they claim "nothing is wrong with it", and yet I can't use any billing functions on it.
IF I get a billing statement in the mail, it's once every three months, not every month, so I end up getting behind in my payments. I think they do this on purpose so they can charge all those extra fees for being late.
And every time I've called this in, they keep lying to me and telling me the same damned thing, "Theres nothing wrong with the system".
Recommendation: DO NOT GET A MACYS CARD!!!!
I can use it, there is NOTHING wrong with the system. Get someone who is not SLOW to help you.
