Macy's review: poor management

Last week I went to Macy's Siesta Key. It was really busy, I was waiting in line to look at some jewelry. Associates were very slow there, especially that bigger women, I understood she was a manager. She was really rude to the associates and tried to make them to hurry up. She didn't try to help anybody, instead she was saying something weird which didn't make any sense, I was really surprised how you can be a manager and be so unhelpful and can't even communicate. Wow, how people like that were able to go through the interview process.
