I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding a disturbing experience with a product purchased from your Messila branch on August 7, 2025. While scooping ice cream from the center of the tub, my wife discovered a hair embedded in it. We had to physically pull it out—an absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic situation.
Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. We've previously received online orders containing spoiled fruits and expired meat/chicken. These repeated lapses in quality control are extremely disappointing and raise serious questions about your handling and sourcing standards.
Regarding the ice cream contamination, I strongly urge you to escalate this issue to the manufacturer. I also expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation. If not addressed, I will be posting a public review and may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
