It is complaine about Lowe's store located850 NE 167th st, N Miami Beach, FL 33162. Phone number [protected]. Store meneger Angel Munoz.

On 07-28-2023 sells person, after I paid for my purchase, refused to give me sale receipt and told me what he cancelled my purchase and he must charge my card again.

I clear what he trying make fraud and made double charge on me, just to steel money. I go to costumer service and ask store maneger. Coming person sad what he is store manager and his name Leonardo. But he lying to me, becouse store manager is Angel Munoz. After my explanation about what hapaned and explaining what his sales person made criminal fraud. He sad for me sorry on the very rood and agly maner.

He just try to protect salles person, because he look like inwolved in this fraud.

I was waiting another hour in the store, just to get my money back.

I make desigion newer coming to Lowe's back.
