We live in Lubbock Texas we went to the local Lowes we were wanting new countertops several occasions the counter sales assistant was not available finally the counter sales assistant was available we asked for a quote for new counter tops a contractor came measured and informed us we would receive a quote from Lowes its been a month and no return call from Lowes counter sales assistant so finally we went to the store AGAIN asked for the counter top sales assistant we were informed she was in the store but never came to assist us so needless to say we have decided to take our business to Home Depot.

Desired outcome: None we have taken our business to Home Depot
