LongHorn Steakhouse review: poor service

I took a friend, who had never bee to Longhorn Steakhouse before for her first time .I was bragging about how great the restaurant was. However, our experience was very poor. We were seated and mostly forgot about. Our waitress never once check on us. We had to ask other waitresses and the manager for assistance. I had never been to this location before, but I won't be going back to that location. I just hoping I can convince my friend to give longhorn one more try at a different location.
