LongHorn Steakhouse review: food order and cashier

I Always order Parmesan crusted chicken breast. I've ordered at many locations and other states. This was by far the poorest cooked I've ever had. Not to mention this is hands down one of my favorite dishes. Then I presented a coupon code for the wild shrimp that was sent to me via email and the cashier wasn't sure how to enter it and was exceptionally rude regarding it. She had a male coworker to come resolve it. He did right away. He was trying to explain her mistake to her on how she was entering it. She was snippet and even somewhat rude to him as well.
