Liberty Tax Service review: Cannot download my tax documents from the link in the email fromFusion

I signed my tax documents electronically and received an email where I could access them to download. I clicked the link and it took me to a fusion location where my documents were listed. I was not able to download them. I clicked on the active links and nothing happened. I was using Firefox as my browser. I tried using Safari on my phone. Please resolve this as I need my documents.

Claimed loss: Frustration and delay in what I hoped would be an easy procedure to get my tax documents downloaded.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to download my text documents.
