Instant Tax Solutions

I have been in IRS hot water and the great workforce at Instant Tax Solutions have helped me through it all. I really have come to appreciate their help knowing that they are professional, timely, and reliable. I had them help me with my tax returns as well. Recently, they responded to a time sensitive IRS issue that was resolved the same day they took my call. I guess Instant really is Instant!

Working with Eric and the team at Instant Tax Solutions was great! I was super worried about some past tax issues, and they helped ease my mind in not only helping to resolve the matter, which was the most important thing but explaining the process along the way. They were also super responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any tax help that you may have.

Best ever help. We were a corporation so we couldn't get out of everything but we did get a great deal of help all the way back to 2012. I am only sorry we couldn't get them sooner. They are professional, courteous, responsive, and covered all the basis. What they charged was way more reasonable than those who tried to *** us into just about what we owed! We hope to get their help yearly to prepare our taxes, too. I am not sure they do that, but sure hope so!

Great company helpful in every way. Got in a jam with the *** something that nobody in the US wants to do believe me! They came in and took charge and all I had to do was be patient and give them the time they needed to work on my case with the ***. Just got my letter from the *** stating that they had accepted my offer in compromise that Instant Tax Solutions had helped me put together and submit to the ***. I just finished my case with Tax Solutions and they are still answering some questions due to the COVID and IRS not up and running. They don't have to continue to help, but they still do. They have always been responsive and helped keep me calm during a stressful situation. I've had a difficult time filing my taxes in the last few years because of the intense and time consuming workload at my job. I've never really had the time to send out the necssary documents and forms that are used to final my taxes, even when I was at home or on a break. However, one day I had decided that I needed help and started researching tax prepartion/assitance companies. After careful research of the companies available to me, I decided to go with Instant Tax Solutions. The people working at this company were diligent, responsive and attentive. With the help of them and my tech-savvy son, it feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

I've been my mom's caregiver ever since she was diagnosed with Alzheimers several years ago. I became aware of a tax debt she had that resulted in her Social Security check being garnished, which ultimately impacted her ability to pay for her memory care. Panicked, I discovered Instant Tax Solutions. I can't say enough about my positive experience with them. My "Advisor," Kwest was exceptional in handling all of my mom's tax burdens and helping to move her debt into "uncollectible" status as well as removing the garnishment from her Social Security check. While I had to pay for this out of my own pocket, the peace of mind was well worth the cost. Thank you from a very satisfied and relieved client.

I had issues with the IRS letter regarding penalties. We try resolving it with my new tax guy and couldn’t get any results for some reason. So I called instant tax solutions and they got it abated within 3-4 week time all cleared no payments to the IRS. I had Eric *** that work there and he has done an incredible job to help relief. You you don’t have much money to pay instant tax solutions they can make arrangements Draws monthly to pay there fee. Mine fee was $ 2,800.00 and pad them $300.00 up front and next 5 months for $500.00 till payment are done. So really flexible and no High blood pressure Anymore! I had gotten my self in a jam with my taxes and decided to reach our for some help. I cannot remember exactly how I stumbled onto Instant Tax Solutions out of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, but what I do know is, it was the best decision I have ever made. Right from the start they clearly explained the program to me how it would work and what they would do and what my responsibilities would be to help get this resolved. Besides getting this issue solved the biggest thing I appreciated was, that I never was once made to feel like the loser I felt I was for putting myself in this jam. Everyone that was involved in my case treated me with the utmost respect. I would definitely refer Instant Tax Solutions to any one I can if I find out they too need the help. If you don’t know what a you are doing and do not completely understand the complex tax laws, you cannot and will not get anywhere with the IRS by yourself. Instant tax solutions is a scam. do not even think about hiring this company. The supposed tax pros were unable to answer basic federal tax questions I had. Instant tax is a boiler room with telemarketers that call lists of people with tax liens and try and scare them into paying crazy prices for basic services. They are incompetent and unethical I promise you if you give them your money you will be sorry.

I went to Instant Tax Solutions because I was in trouble with the IRS and I saw that they were rated good by the Better Business Bureau. They charged me $4, 950.00 upfront and promised to solve my problems and help my assets from being taken from me. When the IRS took my wages and my car I still hadn't heard from Instant Tax Solutions and when I asked the IRS they told me nobody had been in touch with them about my case besides me. Instant Tax Solutions told me that the money they charged me was their "investigation fee" and they would not refund it to me. I am very upset and feel like I was tricked and robbed.

I heard of Instant Tax Solutions because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau and thought they would be okay to help me because I was in trouble with the IRS. They charged me upfront $4, 950.00 and never did anything after that. My wages were garnished and my car was taken away and the whole time they kept saying they were keeping my hard earned money because it was the "cost of the investigation". When I talked to the IRS a bunch of times they said to me that nobody was looking into my case or was in contact with them. I am very upset and I want my money back.

Around the first week of May 2010, I contacted Instant Tax Solutions to assist me with my overdue taxes.

I spoke to a Byron, who claimed he was part owner of the company. We went through a bunch of questions about my financial ability to pay the IRS. The private nature of our discussion made me uneasy, but I knew if someone was going to help me, they needed to know this information.

But then things got too uncomfortable when Byron described how he has been sober for a few months now and that his addiction days are long gone. Probably not something you wanna share with a potential client...

So I decided to do some more research on this guy and his so called company.

Here is what I found...you might wanna prepare yourself for this...

First red flag: The Idaho BBB shows Instant Tax Solutions conducting business since 2004 but the Idaho Secretary of State shows the LLC was created in 2008/2009. Apparently, the longer you've been in business the higher your grade with the BBB...

Second red flag: The owners. Ian Woodman and Byron Pederson. Just google "Ian Woodman in Idaho". Scary stuff.

Third red flag...Like I already mentioned: Byron and his "addiction days".

But I decided to give Byron a chance to explain himself...so I called him back.

He immediately got all defensive and a bit rage-like on the phone. I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way, so needless to say I hung up.

Look, I'm from a big, busy city and after all this it's no surprise that Instant Tax Solutions is just another scamming company run by convicted felons.

If you have IRS issues like I do...do your research! You already have enough problems...
